Does anyone know of any sites (other than ebay, overstock, yesasia and amazon) where I can get reasonably priced, english dubbed anime? I'm trying to get that 'Baki the Grappler' anime box set for my brother (xmas shopping early). This guy on ebay had a boxset of volumes 1-6, used, for only $24.95....which means that it's probably been used more than I would like . If there are any sites that you guys buy from on a regular basis (even though I just download the japanese version of everything that I watch and I'm sure that you do too ), then please help me out here . _________________

Omg I just saw the newest episode of Claymore and it absolutely put me at the edge of my seat.

even though they are making it look like clare is going to awaken fully epecially after this episode it is obvious that it wont happen. I knew Rigardo was going to die but by who was the question...of course Clare has to awaken herself (or at least part of herself) in order to beat him which she did. I dont like how they are making Raki look like such a weakling, especially in this episode. He helped Clare stop awakening once I dont see why he cant do it again. And maybe I am wrong but the Pricilla that is with Easly is that not the one that killed the first Claymore who Clare was attached to as a kid

It's totally ironic and funny that Miria says to Raki when Helen drops him in the church building... "i dont know what you're doing here.. but it's dangerous." The reason being is that she ISN'T supposed to be there, he should already be at the southern edge of Isley's lands w/ Isley and Pricilla (yes, you should be able to tell from her reaction just before she defeats Rigard. you'll remember that her yoki is the same as Teresa).
That's also the reason why he doesn't help her when she's awakening, because that's how it was written in the manga. Raki being there is just to neaten up the ending of the anime version of ep 21-26. I wonder if they'll even introduce Alicia and Beth... or will they skip all that and straight to ch 65 where you get a new character and the potential for a Claymore II, that can include all the arcs they skipped....
Though I will say that she is supposed to awaken BEFORE defeating Rigard, not after. I will say that I think Clare would've been a wicked Awakened Being should she have gone that way.
if you want to know what is supposed to happen in ep 23, it's in ch 58 & 59. ep 24 should be ch 60 and 61. That ends the Pieta Chapters.

That IS Pricilla, and she should be the 4th Abyssmal one since her power is actually greater than Isleys
I had my fears it would be hard to top the early Teresa-arc in Claymore, and now when we're close to the end (of season one at least) I'm sadly probably right. Last arcs have been nothing but the usual in shounens. Main character hits next power level after next, the evil guys just grows more powerful, glowing aurus everywhere, and characters screaming "I'm not gonna forgive you" like som fox.

I can never find the mango at any of the book stores I go to so I havent been able to read them. I thought that Pricilla could not turn back to looking like a human....and didnt she have blonde hair??? I have soo many questions about how they are bringing Pricilla back in...i hate not being able to read the manga.

They SHOULD have been explained at the end of Ep 16, but they left that detail out just before Riful challenged Clare to land one hit.

Islay and her fought, and both were wounded, though it seems that Priscilla would have easily defeated Islay had they continued, so he admits defeat She basically has PTSD from the experience. She's reverted to a child-like state, an infant if you will. That's why she rarely speaks.
While all the Claymores have blond hair and silver eyes, the Awakened Ones seem to retain their "genetic" appearences.. remember that Riful also looks like a normal human.

See they should have made an episode about the spoiler info you just said. that way i wouldnt be so lost. If they make clare an awaken being i hope they just kill her and end it...sometimes when a anime goes on for too long it becomes bad _________________

Recently... like since AmeconI've been really into Haruhi Suzumiya, I have a lot of love for that show XD
I saw episode 1 of Chevalier D'eon there and wanna get the rest of it
Also I have been worshipping the new anime network on sky (UK FYI), watching Evangellion as can you believe it this 7 year anime fan has never seen it
We should be getting Anime Central tomorrow, which is awesome they're supposed to be airing Bleach (which I really need to catch up on last ep I watched was 85!!!) _________________

Just watched Ep24 of Claymore... i can't say i like it now.. it's becoming an episode of Nartuo.. gawd, then even draw them running the same (arms trailing behind).
Though it looks as though they left most of the main characters alive (the 6 will probably carry on the 2nd part if there is one.) so I can see how they'd be able to weave the story back.
Pick up Volume 11 if you want to know what happens in the manga version (if you dont know how to find torrents by now.. well.. can't help ya). There are some minor differences starting in the last two chapters of Volume 10, but they aren't important. Vol 11 is where the manga and the anime really diverge.

I did like how they showed a little bit of what happend to Pricilla yet i want to know more like how she lost her memories and such. Since I have not read the manga i cannot judge, and for me it is no use to read the manga because I will just skip things i saw in the anime. Im curious to see where it goes from here. Im wanting to know Esley's role in all of this. For me at least it still holds my interest. As it being near Naruto I dont know since I dont watch it. When Claire started changing an emense amount of energy seemed to come from her body. Was she a special case or does that happen when all Claymores become awakened beings. I dont remember it happening to the others

why did Ichigo have to loose his hollow abilities right before the end???? And what is up with them making that new kid act like a baby. Is it because he is not fully active yet? Anyways I cant wait till the next episode. One thing that doesnt make sense is that if they already had the authorization to do the limit release why not do it?
