You can read it on onemanga, the manga is completed there.Though I don't know if it is edited or not.

i just realized that the series' airing date has been moved!! it will now be aired on April 15!! more waiting time.. _________________

Hayami being Night is just GREAT I love this guy so much, and I think he is the best for the role! I'll be watching this dorama for sure~
