Erika Toda stars in first film by photographer Amiy Mori

Actress Erika Toda is starring in a movie called "Koikyokusei," due out this coming winter. It will be the directorial debut of photographer Amiy Mori.
The story is based on a short manga by Omi Mitsuya called "Kimi ni Hikari wo" that appeared in Bessatsu Friend in 2005. Toda plays Natsuki, a young woman who lives in Hokkaido, where she takes care of her autistic younger brother. One day, she reunites with a childhood friend (Kazuki Kato) and falls in love, but he suffers from a terrible illness.
This is Toda's first time playing the sole lead in a movie, and is also her first love story.
Filming, already underway in Otaru and Sapporo, is scheduled to last until mid-May.

Like all of you here I am a fan of Toda Erika and I first noticing her watching the drama "Galcir". I come across this thread when I was actually searching for her 2008 calendar online but discovered that it is out of print in cdjapan and yesasia.
anyone of you here know where I will be able to get the calendar locally in singapore?
i am pretty sure no place in Singapore sells it...i ordered mine from yesasia when it came out
oh...that sad.
This mean that I will be unable to get a copy of it.
Is there any website around that provide update or news such as new drama/movie of her regularly??

It has been since a long time i logon to jdorama lol
i ordered mine from comics connection lol but i got it like 1month later =) i passed by and saw they pre ordering then i order lol i doubt its in stock try auctions at yahoo japan or ebay most probably _________________
Is there any Japanese magazines released in this few months that contain Toda Erika? Where can I get such information? Hope someone can help me.Kind of interested in getting 1 or 2 copy of them.
