I guess it would be inadvisable if you parted ways badly, or if she really hurt you bad... but after this long, I'm sure you're over it? I would think it's only a bad idea if there was no closure or if you/she holds a grudge against the other. Otherwise I don't see the harm.

It was a number of things that sorta came to a head...

Strange...I also had a dream about my ex...that she was smoking and I got angry at her and threw away her cigarette...anyways, I looked up the meaning of having an ex in your dream (dream dictionary on line) and it said that you still have unsettled issues with your ex or subconciously you haven't "let go" of her yet. How disturbing is that? Sheesh!

Why is that disturbing? If this is the case, it's quite normal. I think we all have that type of person in our lives.

Well, I didn't plan to dream about her... If I could control/plan what and who I'm dreaming about, I'd write a book and make tons of money.

I usually don't remember my dreams but if I do, for some reason, it's a really normal, nothing out of the ordinary dream. Sometimes I wake up and I think my dream is a reality. It's kind of creepy sometimes. Like two nights ago, I dreamed I woke up late so I was rushing to get dressed and go to school. As a result, I woke up thinking I was late to class. The I realized I don't have school on Fridays.
