Aw, I didn't mean it that way. I hope that the person doesn't ignore them because those were really great dramas, especially Kimi ga Oshiete Kureta Koto, my fave overall drama. Big Grin

amano and cori,

haha, yeah i was actually looking for newer dramas that give the same vibes as the older dramas.

but i have watched Overtime (which I liked, despite the ending) and Boku dake no Madonna (which I did not like, mostly because I find the lead actress extremely annoying in her indecisiveness). I may try the kimi ga oshiete kureta koto later on. Thanks.

Me again, looking for some awesome recommendations on dramas to watch! (Help is appreticated)
I enjoy Comedy, Mystery, Thriller, Adventure, Drama, Romance, School, (I am especially a big fan of the romance genre, though there doesn't need to be a lot of romance) I have enjoyed in the past:
Trick, Kurosagi, GTO, Hana Yori Dango, Nobuta Wo Produce, Good Luck!!, Orange Days, Nodame Cantabile, Hanazakari no Kimitachi e, H2, Beauty or Beast, Proposal Daisakusen, Galileo, Attention Please, Stand Up!!, Akihabara@Deep, Honey and Clover, First Kiss, Dance Drill, and One Pound Gospel. I am looking for any series that are similiar to those. (I am watching Trick and Galileo right now and they are fantastic btw). I also avoid series that deal with food because I become especially hungry though Sad . I don't think I am generally picky.

Please and thank you!! (And sorry for my noobish request)

http://wiki.d-addicts.com/Kitagawa_Eriko

For romance, you can't go past dramas written by Kitagawa Eriko.

Long Vacation and Beautiful Life being the most popular ones.

Love Generation is another popular romance drama.

So I found that I love ridiculous dramas such as My Boss, My Hero, Hana Kimi, Nodame Cantabile, etc. Does anyone have any recommendations for me? Thanks!

Doramas that I found very entertaining:
Akihabara@Deep
1 Pound Gospel
Hitoni Yasashiku / 3 Peace
Gokusen season 1
GTO
Kisarazu Cat's Eye
Nobuta wo Produce
Stand up
Yukan Club

edit:

I'd also like to have some recommendations ... I don't really care what it's about but it shouldn't be too serious and there should be a satisfying/happy end ;;

I'm a bit desperate since i only find recommendations of doramas that I've already seen.

Right now I'm thinking about watching "Sweet Home" because I was pretty impressed by yamaguchi Tomokos performances so far ...
Any ideas? ;; *has lots of time since school stress is over*

Hey guys,

Can you recommend me some good family-oriented dramas? I just finished watching Hitotsu Yane no Shita and it gave me a nice, warm feeling. Unfortunately I can't get my hands on the sequel. Virgin Road has that father-daughter bond thing going on and I enjoyed that drama as well. I welcome new and old dramas.

Arigato in advance!

Like gaijinmark said, I'd watch Hotman and Brother Beat. ESPECIALLY Brother Beat. Mr Green

Sweet Home is also a grand one.

At a stretch I would also recommend Otousan and Oyaji, but they're very similar so you may want to space them out.

LOL! By default I wrote "Musa", but I didn't think Mint would know who I'm referring to. I must admit, it took me some effort to type out your entire username. Beaten

It's not copying/pasting that's the problem. It's remembering to do so. Beaten
