rofl true huh? It focused more on the kids and the pushy attempt for chemistry between him and Koyuki.

He's been doing odd dramas lately.... I didn't even try to watch Karei Naru Ichikozu or Change..

I think that Karei was a great drama and CHANGE is supposed to be a good one as well.

On topic: Episode 6 of Hitotsu Yane no Shita 1. It's getting disturbing...

Saw the first 3 eps of Mei-chan no Shitsuji, this show is insanely absurd. And I've no idea why, but I'm going to continue to watch it. Sweat

Yes!!! I love H2. I wish I could pitch as fast as Kunimi. Ishihara Satomi is insanely cute in this one.

Mop Girl. Gave up after the 2nd episode when it was running on TV. After re-starting, I thought it was quite a good show, particularly the latter episodes.

Kami no Shizuku says nothing about wine actually except for the display of exclusive names and vineyards.....started yawning after the 2nd episode.

Triangle was almost a letdown.Eguchi's and (what's that SMAP guy's name ?) were quite rigid.

Also watching VOICE and QED.....thank goodness Eta didn't act like those fellas in Code Blue.

Finished Minna Mukashi wa Kodomo Datta.

If you are only satisfied with gut wrenching blood and guts a la regular taiga, this is not for you. Doh!

It is a gentle pleasant moment of escape from the hectic rythms of the urban environment. There is no realistic story line. It is kind of made up as you go, a simple vehicle to show the excellent acting of a group of very talented youngsters around 8 or 9 years old. If you liked the kids in Engine you will like this. Applaud

Naturally Kuninaka Ryoko shines as the female lead and Eita is just plain Eita.... Ryoko chan was allowed to display the familiar magnetism that made her a superstar in Churasan. That is enough reason to watch this if you just want to feel good. Of course for me this will go on my top shelf right next to Churasan. Victory! Peace!

For me it's a definite 10/10. I would be surprised if any one else rates it that high since I can't find fault if Ryoko chan stars.

My sincere thanks to all the contributors to make this drama available with great subs. Including Xploring, AD, Geezer, Beemer. Hope I did not leave anyone out. An amazing resubbing from Engrish to English.

w00t! w00t! w00t!

I finished Yume Wo Kanaeru Zo

http://wiki.d-addicts.com/Yume_wo_Kanaeru_Zo

And I have to say I enjoyed every minute of it.

Comic Actor Furuta Arata plays Ganesha, an Indian Elephant Deity, who appears in the form of a middle aged guy... occasionally with a trunk... sometimes not. He is a god after all, so he can appear any way he likes.

In the first special Ganesha came to Oguri Shun playing a young, rather directionless low level salaryman. In the series he takes up the challenge of improving the life of Mizukawa Asami, a "flimsy" office temp.

In L.A. Ganesha would probably be called a "life coach'.

I found it to be a happy little fantasy comedy, filled with enough home truths to keep it interesting.

I agree on Ishihara Satomi. She's so cute I want to squish her and put her in my pocket. *hmph*

Next up, we're watching Maou. Curious if this is going to be a good one.

Keps, at first I thought that engine is all about driving too, that's why I have it for so long en never in the mood to watch it, but when I saw it, it completely different with what I thought, like bmwracer said, "not enough driving", well actually many driving but less racing, hehehe.

Just finished watching Binbo Danshi.

Never realized that it's a thin line between nice en stupid Bonk Bonk

I mean the way 'shuruten chan' acts I'm not sure if it's nice or stupid. But it'll be interesting if there's actually exist a person like that.

Next project, Change, I'm not sure if I'm not gonna enjoy watching it, after all it's all about politics, en I hate politics. But people said it's good en make you laugh, so it's worth to try to watch it, ne?

finishing off Mendol, and i do admit i am a big AKB fan, and i think Haruna Kojima is adorable, one of the biggest motivators of trying to complete this 12 ep series. For what it is worth, the plot is......interesting, but Haruna is worth it. Beat You Bonk

I've been watching a lot of comedies lately, so I figured it was time to tackle something serious. So I started Home Drama.

http://jdorama.com/drama.820.htm

Yup. Not a comedy. But the first episode was very good. And the idea seems interesting. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of this show.
