i want to watch it because for some reasons i have this unreasonable crush on Takky even though i know that he can't act. and don't like Ryo much too.

I actually don't really like either Tackey or Ryu as actors but I watched ep 1 because the story sounded really awesome (well to me it does >0<) anyway it was brilliant! I can't wait for the rest. I am actually shocked... I was quite impressed with Tackey as a bad guy :oooo.... _________________

BIG HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
after just ep1
1st of, level of acting; the lowest that it can get. i was watching ep 1 and shocked by their so called acting. did not much count on Takky or Ryo's characters, but i got also disappointed with Masami Mizukawa'a acting to. every single character was over acting in there.
Trying too hard to resemeble Maou in its theme but failed.

and dp they want to tell us that Mizukawa'a character is one tough police woman because being hit by criminals and her weapon taken off her everytime she stops one, is not a good sign.
on top of that, i am really getting irritated by constant repeat of Hand og god and hand of evil _________________

YES. It was really bad. actors either over-acted or failed in acting their characters.

OK, i still stand for everything i said earlier about this drama, but to be fair things changed for much much better in ep4 and later on. it seems that there is change of director?? or something because everything changed direction.
storylines got much better/believeable, acting improved and even the way was filmed got way better. now i have to say, i am totally addicted and really loving Takky as Ryuzaki. _________________

it's confirmed Shinji and Ryouske are brothers ...will be interesting to see how Ryo reacts when he finds out... I really hope Sawamura gets a bad ending �ʁ� I didn't realise I'd hate him so much by the end of the drama... the girl is pretty annoying too grr

Just finished this and i was really surprised.
Despite all the bad reviews this had i was absolutly overwhelmed by this dorama, maybe because i�Lm a huge anime/manga fan, and this story is much more anime like than dorama like. Ryuzaki Shinji(Takizawa Hideaki) is now my favorite dorama character, it used to be the King Takashi from IWGP, i loved everything about him the manerisms, the way of talk, of walking, everything, i think Taki stinks as an overall actor but he pulled this character really well. Nishikado Ryo on the other hand once again ruined a perfect good character(coufh*Last Friends*coufh), the guy seems to have only one facial expression, his performance was really bad but didn�Lt ruin the dorama for me. This dorama has so many memorable momments: the trade that Ryuzaki made with Aoi, that Aoi would kill the drunk guy and Ryuzaki would heal the kid who was about to die; the scene at the hospital when Ryuzaki forced the patients to choose the order they wanted to be healed and of course my favorite one when Ryuzaki was in the hospital and all the kids refused to be healed by him just so he could heal the teacher and then he went and healed all of them, pretty awesome. The only thing this lacked was more on the romance situation between Ryuzaki and Nagisa(Mizukawa Asami); anyway this is a pretty good dorama i recomend it.
