At first I saw her in Liar Game (originally Death Note but it's too long in the past) and actually I watch unubore Deka with her as a star gast in episode 4. She's a brilliant actor indeed^^

Yosuke Asari gets starring role in wheelchair rugby drama

Actor Yosuke Asari (23) has been given his first starring role in a television series, titled "Hitori Janai." Up until now, he has had supporting roles in dozens of dramas, including both seasons of "Code Blue."

In "Hitori Janai," Asari plays Shohei, a university student who is partially paralyzed in a motorbike accident. After falling into despair about his condition, he is introduced to the sport of wheelchair rugby, helping him regain his self-confidence. Yoko Moriguchi (44) plays a housewife who has lost her will to live. Her character meets Shohei through a blog.

To prepare for the role, Asari trained twice a week in August at the National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities, located in Tokorozawa, Saitama. He also practiced with players from the national wheelchair rugby team.

BS Fuji produced the drama to commemorate its 10th anniversary. The network will broadcast the 6-episode series on Saturday nights at 8:00pm, starting on January 8.

The girl that will gonna complete the love triangle...

Model and actress Emi Takei (16) will play a major part in Fuji TV's next Monday night drama, "Taisetsu na Koto wa Subete Kimi ga Oshiete Kureta." The show, revealed a couple weeks ago, stars Erika Toda (22) and Haruma Miura (20) as two young teachers engaged to each other, but Takei will play the student that stands in the way of their relationship.

This will be Takei's first appearance in a drama aired in the "Getsu 9" timeslot. She was reportedly selected from 800 women who auditioned for the role.

Toda and Miura play two teachers, Natsumi Uemura and Shuji Kashiwagi, at the same high school who are set to get married in half a year. However, the night before the school year's opening ceremony, Shuji becomes involved with the young Hikari Saeki (played by Takei), without realizing that she will be a student in his class starting the next day. As Shuji struggles to help Hikari deal with the mental complex she is suffering from, he is also torn inside by his betrayal of Natsumi. Meanwhile, Hikari attempts to get closer to Natsumi, driven by feelings of jealousy and a desire to destroy the couple's relationship.

"Taisetsu na Koto wa Subete Kimi ga Oshiete Kureta" starts airing this January.

Wow...it seems like her character will gonna be very annoying (and bitchy)...good luck to her...I hope she can give us a splendid performance (though, by the thought of her character will gonna crash Totty's .... aww I hate her(the character) already XDDD)

Ok...I made a little research about this girl Takei Emi since I barely know her...well, she's kinda cute but what shocked me was she's in LIAR GAME 2? O__o seriously? I can't even remember her character there XDDD

(man, I'm still wishing that they could have get Mirai or Fukuda Mayuko for her character )

Didn't she play that young, quiet girl in game #5? She really didn't say too much so was easy to forget. Just saw Emi in Otomen, she was okay in it, didn't realize she was so young.

I've been wanting to watch that drama after I saw an NG of Otomen with Okada Masaki and unknown girl XDDD well I think this drama is kinda cute...hehehe
