You have to try and watch AOI ~ Tokugawa Sandai first hehe But, GOU definitely wins in the "drama" and "music" departements AOI lacks "drama", as much as I love the hillarious scenes and amazing historical accuracy, this drama is really missing "drama"... it's too real. (and the fact that the main cast are elder people kinda bothers too, though they have amazing acting skills) Shinsengumi wins in both 'drama' and 'comedy', but it lacks accuracy and leading role's capability of actually being a lead. Each taiga drama has it's own plus and minus points^^ _________________ "Let's create a world without war together"

Mixture of three or four episodes this last week end in Cal. However, I am missing episode 30. I presume that is the one where there was a fire in the castle causing Hidetada to rush to save Gou. Maybe that will show next week.???

Episode 30 hasn't aired yet in SoCal... This Saturday (9/24).

Watched Ep.30 tonight on TV. Just a ittle disappointed with the brevity of the fire rescue and aftermath with Gou and Hidetada. It was a great buildup for the 12 month coldness between them so the final scenes of this episode were not convincing. Maybe the writer not too sure of herself. Bit of a letdown for the actor who is such a delight.
