So true!! They could use the very best noodle but if the broth is lousy.... you can't eat it. I've only had tsukemen once at Daikokuya and it was pretty good. I really want to try it at a place that specializes in it.

Right on. Yeah, I've never had tsukemen prior to my visit to Tsujita. I'm with you...if you are going to make it out there might as well try what they're famous for. Smile

It must be a more time-consuming process because the time it takes for your food to arrive seems to be longer if you order the tsukemen over the ramen.

Jerky Gun

Okay, so no meat product is going to look all that appetizing coming out of a customized squirt gun, but if you're looking to make your own uniformly-shaped jerky, the Jerky Gun ($45) can help. Made from quality, food-save materials, it features an easy-squeeze trigger, four stainless steel jerky attachments, an included funnel and stomper, and a brush set for cleaning our your Slim Jim remnants.

Imagine the joy of squeezing out a nice seasoned dose of jerky for breakfast. Perhaps one can take a straight shot in to the mouth to avoid cleaning any dishes. hehe
