Here is the anti-fry post. Rawness.

Alabacore with Ponzu

Big Eye tuna

Red Snapper

Baked green lipped mussel & raw oyster dressed to impress

Salmon and Yellowtail

Scallop and Albacore

Butterfish/Black cod/Sable (whatever the hell you wanna call it, it's good)

Bonito & Spanish Mackerel/Aji

Ikura

Uni (locally sourced off the California coast between Catalina Island & San Diego. I honestly think this was the sweetest, most luscious piece of uni I've ever had in my life.)

Blue crab hand roll

Sasabune on Wilshire.
