Nope. I wouldn't tear up the magazines just to make a collage... I could do it just by scanning each of the pages and creating the collage in Photoshop... Smile

So, who did it ??? Because looks like someone put these magazine's pages together in a room and took a pic of it ...
By the way, I liked your new sig !!!!!

bmwracer

You do know that if you take your favorite Ryoko picture into Kinkos, they can do a life sized stand up cardboard version of it.

(and no, it's not sad that I know that. I have a niece who manages a Kinkos in the city.)

For a mono-maniacal fan like bmw... how much is too much?

Actaully, I have no clue what it would cost. Probably less than buying one from yesasia, and having it shipped from Japan.

For me the problem wouldn't be the cost.

It would be trying to figure out which was my favorite picture of Ryoko.

From a Brazilian newspaper called "Jornal Nippo-Brasil":

NHK STARTS THE SHOOTINGS OF THE DRAMA "HARU AND NATSU"

The first shootings of the drama "Haru And Natsu - The Undelivered Letters", produced by NHK, started on May 23. The shootings will be divided in two parts: the first one, which takes place in Brazil, and the second and last one, which will take place in Japan. In Brazil, the shootings will be finished in July 16 and will take place in some Sao Paulo state's cities, as Campinas, Atibaia, Mairipor and Santos.
The most of the scenes will be shooted in a farm called "Monte D'Este", in Campinas, where a film set was constructed. In Japan, the shootings will be started in August and will be finished in February/2005 in places as Hokkaido, Shintoku-cho, Betsukai-cho and Tokyo.
"Haru And Natsu" was concepted by NHK to celebrate the 80th anniversary of its first broadcast. The drama is based on a novel written by Sugako Hashida, the same who wrote "Oshin", one of the most sucessfull dramas of the Japan's television history, which was aired by NHK and watched by millions of viewers in 60 countries.
The drama will tell the story of two sisters, Haru (Spring) and Natsu (Summer), who live apart since 1934, when they were just kids. Haru, the eldest sister, leaves Japan with their parents and goes to Brazil, in where she starts to work as a farmer. Natsu stayed in Japan, lived with an aunt, but soon she left the aunt's house and starts to live with an old farmer. She learns from him how to make cheese and, some years later, she becomes a rich owner of a cheese factory.
But 70 years later, Natsu finds the letters sent by her sister, letters she never had read. Right after this, the sisters meet each other and find out they took different paths in their lifes. Altough Haru had a hard life as a Japanese immigrant in Brazil, she lived with her family, surrounded by love and respect. But Natsu, who is a rich and well-succeded factory owner, is also a lonely and sad woman.
With this plot, the drama will show the life as it is, emphatizing the strenght and the weakness of Japanese And Brazilians.

Ryoko Yonekura, who plays Haru
