Good Luck !! [グッドラック!!]
Nice plot & good looking actor & actress.
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [1リットルの涙]
I thought Precious Time is sad but not until i watched Beautiful Life. I thought that is the saddest drama but that changed after watching Orange Days. This is it. I'd enough of sad dramas. But, reviews and recommendations makes me want to watch this drama. It was really a DRAMATIC drama, as a guy, i seldom shed a single tears for watching drama. For this, i can't help it but feel for Aya. and yes, i did shed 'a few' tears. She really motivates with her strength.
Itoshi Kimie [愛し君へ]
One of those doroma that focus on human illness to evoke viewers' emotions. Unfortunately it lost touch of the story plot compared to 1 litres of tears. Probably 1 litres of tears is based on the true story. Nonetheless, it is one of the doramas "can watch" for weekends.
Long vacation [ロングバケーション]
Love story that you won't forget
Love generation [ラブジェネレーション]
Another love story that makes you cry.
Medaka [めだか]
Female version of GTO. Though typical teacher & students drama...but still quite enjoyable. Worth Watching.
Taiyou no uta [タイヨのうた]

CHANGE
Rating: 8/10
It is a nice change for kimura to act in political drama...and not the usual lovely dovey drama you watch everyday. A good dorama that worth your time watching.

Sigh! The title of the drama was quite misleading. I was expecting more racing than dealing with human relationships. Nonetheless, it was quite an entertaining show. I guess of the success of this drama and the hype of it, is because of Kimura. Without him, this drama will go unnoticed. But then, i guess the kids' acting performance is quite amazing. In fact, they act better than kimura?! Yes? No? Overall, the acting of the actors & actress were quite good but i guess the story is kinda underdeveloped. I don't see much racing except the starting, one in the middle episode and the last. Only 3 racing scenes throughout the whole story?
Food fight [フードファイト]
Rating: 6/10 (Watched)
The only attraction of this dorama is the THEME SONG. Other than that, none of the story interest me. Kinda expected ending for every episodes. You will definitely knows who will win for every competition. Story plot kinda dull and lucky for the theme song, that makes me watching it till the end.
Good Luck !! [グッドラック!!]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
One of the best dorama by Kimura! Based on so many good reviews by others, you should know this is one of the doramas that you must catch! The success of this dorama inspires HK TVB to make a similar drama based on airline industry! A definitely must watch dorama! Nice theme song too!
H2~Kimi to itahibi [2〜君といた日々]
Rating: 7/10 (Watched)
Based from a comics book. The story basically revolve with 2 excellent baseball players, playing in different schools and had to compete one another in the final game. Not only they had to compete in the pitch...they also fallen in love for the same girl. The story doesnt have much twist...not much humour....not much in-depth love story. But still interesting to watch it. At least it get me hook on baseball games whenever they have competitions.
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [1リットルの涙]
Rating: 10/10 (Bought)
I wasn't that thrilled after watching episode 1. I found it quite normal and nothing so sad about it. It was the episode 3 that makes the whole drama the turning point. That was when you realised your tears flowing out so easily. That was when your heart starts to feel sad for Aya. In this drama, it reflects how cruel our society is. When Aya is down with the deadly disease, you can see how friends keep away from her. You realised how fortunate to be a healthy person and the ugliness of public perception at those disabled. You can see how her 1st boyfriend shun her despite that he knows that she suffered from the disease. You realised friends are NOT forever to help you, they will feel 'tired' one day and give up on you. You will understand the strength of a family support. That kind of strength that support till the end and never ever give up on you. I thought Precious Time is sad but not until i watched Beautiful Life. I thought that is the saddest drama but that changed after watching Orange Days. And i thought that's it. Enough of sad dramas. But this was really a DRAMATIC drama, as a guy, i seldom shed a single tears for watching drama. For this, i can't help it but feel sad for Aya. and yes, i did shed 'a few' tears. She really motivates people with her strength and quotes. Favourite quote: "While other people struggling for their future, I'm struggling to live."

Last Christmas [ラストクリスマス]
Rating: 9/10
One of the best love doramas. Watching this dorama reminds me of Beautiful Life. Both lead actress have some kind of serious illness but unlike beautiful life, this dorama ends with a happy ending. The 1st few episodes are quite interesting and addictive and will makes you keep watching further. Nice story flows and somehow you will have the kind of holiday mood whenever you watch it. Guess it is because of the X'mas theme song and the 80s music that makes the show interesting and memorable. If you are the 80s fan, you will definitely like this dorama. Worth watching.
Love complex [ラブコンプレックス]
Rating: 6/10 (Watched)
Love complex...as the title says. This dorama got a certain complex story telling. However, a praise for this dorama is it's cinematography. The way how it present to tell the story is kinda different from other doramas you watched. But i guess this will appeal only to those film studies and art students/people. There are quite alot of metaphor and semiotic things going on in this dorama. Don't fast forward even though some parts of the show is kinda boring. Coz those parts will give you 'hints' what the story is about.
Love generation [ラブジェネレーション]
Rating: 10/10
This is the most alluring love story that you ever desire for it. Even watching for the 3rd time, it still gives you the love fantasy that you ever wanted. A must watch dorama. Definitely. No doubts about it.
Medaka [めだか]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
Another teacher-student dorama. Nice theme song. Though typical and expected story plot, but Mimura's acting will keeps you entertained. Not too bad to spend your weekends watching it. Entertaining.
Moto Kare [元カレ]
Rating: 8/10 (Watched)
A love triangle dorama. Great acting from Hirosue Ryoko. You can see her acting improved alot in this dorama. Quite a realistic love story that happens to us sometimes. Feels kinda sad for Uchiyama Rina, done so much for Dohmoto Tsuyoshi but still, a sad ending for her. This show kinda sending a message to those frickle-minded and undecisive people. Be more truthful whom you love. Besides the great plot, you will definitely enjoy the theme song too.
Orange Days [オレンジデイズ]
Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched)
One of the best dorama based on physically disabled. However i still feel beautiful life (another physically disabled dorama) has a better emotional acting skills and script. Well, this one isn't too bad at all. The flow of the story is quite ok from episode 1 to the last. Neither too dull nor too slow. Just right! It also shows the perspective of a deaf person how she comprehand her world in silence, love life and her attitude towards music, as well as her difficulties of making friends, studying and working. One of the best plots and casting for 2005. Definitely must watch it.
Pride [プライド]
Rating: 9/10 (Watched)
One of the best sport dorama ever featured! Great Cast and nice story plot. Definitely worth watching!
Sekai no chuushin de, ai wo sakebu [世界の中心で、愛をさけぶ]
Rating: 8/10 (Bought & Watched)
Very much like 1 litres of tears but the story was touching when a guy couldn't let go of his past love for 17 years! I guess in some part of our lives, we won't forget our 1st love or 1st crush. Quite a nice watch.
Slow Dance [スローダンス]
Rating: 7/10 (Watched)
I would recommend this drama to everyone. It was quite a nice drama even though the initial episodes were abit too slooooooowwwww... I guess by watching this show, more or less we have encounter what the lead actor (Serizawa Reach) had experienced. In some part of our lives, we might give up some of our dreams/ambition because of external pressures/factors. And once we lose that direction, we tends to lead a life aimlessly even though in our heart, we still yearn to accomplish our dreams/ambitions. This drama simply just tell us... NOT TO GIVE UP your dreams no matter what happens. Even you start late, doesn't matter. So long you carry on to do what you wanna to do. This drama will hit one your senses if you are still asleep and living life aimlessly.
Stand UP!!
Rating: 5/10 (Watched)
Definitely not for adults! More for teens 12-20 dorama! 4 virgin schoolboys trying to ditch away their virgin status, by trying all means and methods to get bed with girls. However, it always ends up nothing and i guess this is a moral dorama aiming at youngsters out there. Having casual sex with strangers or one who dont love is kinda morally incorrect. Guess nowadays youngsters take casual sex too lightly and that is probably why, this dorama is ever produced! Educating through dorama is simply one small step!
Taiyou no uta [タイヨのうた]
Rating: 9/10
Erika Sawajiri seems like perfecting her acting skills for those dying-from-illness roles. She is darn good in this drama. But then again...if to choose....i prefer 1 litre of tears. Simply bcoz..the buildup and sadness of this drama is toward the end.... but 1 litre of tears start to get very emo from episode 3 onwards. Literally can cry every episode after that. Despite that...this dorama still worth your time watching. Great casts too! and of coz......The Nice Songs. MUST DOWNLOAD!!!

H2~Kimi to itahibi [2〜君といた日々]
Not the best sport dorama but interesting enough. [Rating: 7/10]
H2 is basically a baseball dorama based from a comics book. The story basically revolve with 2 excellent baseball players (Yamada Takayuki and Tanaka Koutaro), playing in different schools and had to compete one another in the final game. Not only they had to compete in the pitch...they also fallen in love for the same girl. (Ichikawa Yui). But it is Ishihara Satomi that helps Ishihara Satomi to pick up the baseball game again. Ishihara is quite a clumsy girl. In this dorama, you keep seeing her falling down flat on the floor....it seems that she had problems in balancing herself. In this dorama...the pace and development of the story is quite alright...but you can roughly guess what happen next after each episodes. Not much twist...not much humour....not much in-depth love story. But still interesting to watch it. At least it get me hook on baseball games whenever they have competitions.

This will make your life THINK TWICE. [Rating: 10/10]
When i first read the synopsis, i thought it is just another true based drama which have been overdone. And after reading those reviews, I thought those who mentioned it must be over exaggerated. How can this drama so dramatic and left impact on some viewers??? So I decided to buy and watch it and judge for myself. I wasn't that thrilled after watching episode 1. I found it quite normal and nothing so sad about it. It was the episode 3 that makes the whole drama the turning point. That was when you realised your tears flowing out so easily. Nice sport dorama, Simply Captivating! [Rating: 9/10]
One of the best sport dorama ever featured! As usual, Kimura, the heck-care attitude towards women works this time again in this dorama. Guess that is his signature acting in doramas, which won the hearts of female fans out there. Great cast except that wimpy character, Sato Ryuta, that makes ice hockey team looks unappealing. Great chemistry between Takeuchi Yuko & Kimura! Story flows just like their love. One of the best dorama that worth watching!
