Hana Yori Dango [花より男子] Great drama!!! I hated the HYD anime, Meteor Garden was a bit better, but THIS is awesome!! Inoue Maki does a great job as Tsukushi. Matsumoto Jun impressed me yet again as Domyoji (all the chara I've seen him play are so diff, I really respect that). Oguri Shun is great once again and SO cute =) Just too bad Hanazawa Rui is such a boring chara. The setting and clothes look great. Only bad thing is there's only 9 eps (v__v), there needs to be more of this great drama!!
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [１リットルの涙] This drama is awesome!! Similar to SekaChu, but I like this so much more b/c the main chara is a lot stronger and the main guy is cooler (not like, "without you, I can't live on"). The main actress really impressed me w/ her acting skills and Nishikido Ryou is just SO kakkoii here (^__^). I wanna see more of both their acting. Altho this drama is sad, it's also very uplifting. One of the best dramas I've seen.
Love generation [ラブジェネレーション] KimuTaku & Matsu Takako's chemistry here is amazing! Incredible story, very funny and charming, and i love all the nice heart warming moments too. Great romantic drama that you couldnt help but keep watching til the end, all in one sitting (just dont start watching during finals, like i did =)
Mukodono! [ムコ殿/女婿大人] Soooo funny!! Nagase Tomoya was incredible here! I was so amazed by his acting, I never realized he could act like this but still be so believable! Takeuchi Yuko was good here too, when she smiles, she looks sooo much like a petite Matsushima Nanako. Great cast in general. Very nice story and very very very rememberable songs.
Summer snow Both Tsuyoshi and Ryoko was great here. Oguri Shun is great too, so glad he's got a bigger role than he did in GTO. And he's growing up so nicely! Sooo tall and cute too! Imai Tsubasa adds another bishonen to the beautiful cast, great comic moments too. The best bad boy, haha
Kimura Takuya [木村拓哉] he seems to always act the same, but somehow, it always works. watching him in Good Luck & Pride right now and he's great in both. Especially Pride, my favorite role for him thus far
Kubozuka Yosuke [窪塚洋介] soooo cute! i like his acting too, the smart snobby aleck kind. Then I saw him in Ping Pong, acting like a nerd, and he's great too! He's pretty, versatile, and fun to watch. I wanna see more of his stuff! But he needs to grow his hair back. His GTO hair is so nice......
Matsu Takako [松たか子] instantly loved her in Love Generation. was disappointed in Hero though.
Nagase Tomoya [長瀬智也] soooo great in Mukodono! he's funny in person too, and i like his singing voice. one of the few Johnny's that can sing
Oguri Shun [小栗旬] loved him instantly after GTO and even more after Summer Snow. if you watch GTO then see the GTO tv special (done a few months later, i think) you see Oguri suddenly SOOO much taller!!! haha. He's a great actor (not to mention really cute) and I love that his charas are all so diff (GTO as bullied Nobu, Summer Snow as deaf ototou, Hana Yori Dango as cool Hanazawa Rui, Gokusen as gangsta-wannabe Uchi). I'm still waiting to see him in Stand Up! He's a versatile actor who plays many diff roles, but all of them cool and always doing a great job.
Takeuchi Yuko [竹内結子] she was SOOOO cute in Mukodono (looking so small next to Nagase). Now i'm watching her in Pride and she's seem so much taller now! haha. She's not as stupid-cute in Pride, but I still like her character. But i'm still waiting for her to develop though. This picture here does not do her justice....she's soooo much prettier in dramas & shows. In fact, when I first started watching Mukodono, I kept wondering if she was Matsushima Nanako b/c when she smiles, she looks just like Matsushima!! (anyone else agree?)
Yamada Takayuki [山田孝之] sooo cute in Koi ga shitai Koi ga shitai Koi ga shitai, my fave chara there. watching WaterBoys right now, too bad he has to act like a dolt, but still super cute to watch ^^

Aisuru Tame ni Aisaretai [愛するために愛されたい] Rating: 3/10 (Watched) I really like the 2 main characters b/c I saw them from other dramas....but this drama doesn't look too promising. I've only watched the 1st ep and it's seems to be progressing reaaallly slowly! well, let's hope it gets better
Anego [アネゴ] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) The first 2 eps were boring, just for background. Afterwards, the story really picks up and flows quickly. I like that this is portrayed realisticly and most of the main charas are very fleshed out. My fave is still Katou though.
Antique [アンティーク〜西洋骨董洋菓子店] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) All the guys are soooo cute (personality wise), esp Kage. So funny! This was the first dorama i've watched and i loved this. Sometimes, the story could be a bit slow and each episode is sorta the same format, but they do it in a way that's interesting....not overly repetitive like Food Fight. Wish there was more to this drama.
At Home Dad [アットホーム・ダッド] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) Only up to ep.8. Abe Hiroshi's emotional range still needs work, but I liked the story. None of the actors got to an annoying point, which was good. The kids were so cute! I can understand the situation and it was nice how they're trying to work things out.
Attention Please [アテンションン プリース] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) This was fun to watch, altho not a GREAT drama, but still enjoyable. I found it strange that Nishikido & Aibu are both in this again, after both being in Ganbatte Ikkimashoi, and the SAME THING HAPPENED between them!!! I feel bad for Aibu. Is she destined to play the same part opposite Nishikido? Anyway, Ueto was so hyper, it bordered on annoyance in the beginning. But after awhile, she calmed down and became charming. My fave chara of this is Nanase Natsumi though. I thought she did a great job while speaking little; her facial & body expression were really good. I'm disappointed in Nishikido's role here though; he has an even smaller part than he did in Ganbatte and Ichi Ritoru. I think he's best in Ichi Ritoru, but it's sad that he plays the same sort of chara. When are you gonna do something diff, Ryo-chan?? The story's engrossing and it was fun learning about all the stuff cabin attendants are expected to do. Just the different degrees of bowing seems hard.
Bijo ka Yajuu [美女か野獣] Rating: 5/10 (Watched) so far, it's interesting. but not enough to reel me in yet. i watched about half so far. i'll edit this comment when i've watched more
Brother Beat [ブラザー☆ビート] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) watched up to ep.8 so far. it's pretty enjoyable. The 3 brothers have a good relationship and the eldest & 2nd (hayami mokomichi) are really cute~!! Good story and shows family love very well.
Bus stop [バスストップ] Rating: 1/10 (Watched) I've only watched 1 ep. Wasn't too interesting, so stopped. The girl lead is really mean! I don't like her attitude. But I understand her fustrastions at work. The guy lead seems bit stupid, but we'll see how things turn out.
Densha Otoko [電車男] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) This was really really enjoyable to watch. Plus, I like that even tho it's a romance, it's not so oogy-gooey love-love that it becomes sickening. My only complaint is that it's a big TOO exaggerated, altho I suppose it goes w/ the show. Also, other than the fact that she's really pretty, I still don't get what's so great about Hermes...she's too plain a chara to fall in love w/. Jinkama's chara was really interesting to watch, especially in the Special =)
Dragon Zakura [ドラゴン桜] Rating: 3/10 (Watched) Watched ep.1-6. Abe is still emotionless, just like he was in Antique & My Little Chef. Teachers are the MOST annoying of all the dramas I've watched. Only okay part are the students. YamaP & Teppei are interesting to watch. Even though they tried to make the story "real", it felt fake and I feel it's sending the wrong message. By ep. 6, the teachers have annoyed me so much that I can't stand to watch another episode.

First Love Rating: 4/10 (Watched) kinda boring, a lot of psychological stuff.
Food fight [フードファイト] Rating: 5/10 (Watched) At first, it was interesting. But then every episode is the same formula over and over! The story moved slow and it was sorta interesting, but not one of the best.
Friends [フレンズ] Rating: 6/10 (Watched) WonBin is so cute!! other than that, this story was pretty boring
Ganbatte Ikimasshoi [がんばっていきまっしょい] Rating: 6/10 (Watched) Have to say, Suzuke An is really annoying.....luckily, she got better as the eps went on. The story was pretty corny, also a lot of it was too "perfect". Like, Suzuke An comforts the mean girl and SUDDENLY, they all accept her even though Aibu hated her. Suddenly they become great friends. It just went too fast to be believable. Also, the charas aren't fully developed, which is very disappointing. They're all very very typical stereotypes. Nishikido's cute as always, playing the same chara but still so likeable =) He smiled a lot more here, which was nice, and I liked the jealousy he showed. Stretching his acting abilities just a little bit, huh? haha. The last ep was the most enjoyable for me, altho I'm not sure if I actually enjoyed it or if i'm just glad it's finally over. Overall, don't watch unless you have nothing else.
Gokusen [ごくせん] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) altho Nakama Yukie's acting isn't great & gets kinda distracting, I like the chemistry btwn the students. Noda (Narimiya Hiroki), Uchi (Oguri Shun), & Kuma (Waki Tomohiro) are especially great. Kaneko Ken as Tetsu is also good. he's sooo diff from Mizuki in Kochira Hon Ikegami!! Sadly, I'm disappointed w/ MatsuJun as Sawada. I really liked him in Kimi wa Petto, and here he just acts so dead & boring. But then again, I guess that's how Sawada is in the manga too, so I can't really blame MatsuJun. The story's cornier than GTO (sorry, gotta compare) and Nakama isn't really strong as Yankumi, so that didn't help. But it's enjoyable to watch. I have to admit though, I started watching just for Oguri Shun and it's too bad his part's not that big. Also, I don't like that his chara (Uchi) is always the one who gets mad & bursts out in anger. The characters are pretty diff from how they are in the manga. Like, Uchi is much more cowardly and Tetsu & Minoru are switched! (Tetsu's the big one, not Minoru)
Gokusen Season 2 [ごくせん２] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) up to ep.3 so far. I'm actually enjoying this more than Gokusen I. Yankumi isn't as anoying here. Kamenashi & Akanishi are great to watch. Students seem to have more personality than those in Gokusen I. Koike Teppei looks really cute! Altho a bit strange... Will watch more.
Good Luck !! [グッドラック！！] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) Kimura did a great job here! So did Tsutsumi Shinichi (sooo diff from Yamato Nadeshiko) and I also loved (the lead stewardess) Kuroki Hitomi's part. The plane's whole crew had good chemistry together and was fun to watch them interact.
The only annoying one was Shibasaki Kou (Ogawa Ayumi), playing KimuTaku's love interest. For me, the pilot-struggle plot was MUCH more interesting than the love-love plot btwn those 2. I actually skipped over parts with her in it b/c they were just too boring. Yea, I know she's troubled b/c her parents died, but why is she still so cold & uptight all the time?? Plus, scenes with her didn't really push the story much, so they weren't necessary to watch thru. Those scenes were mostly just KimuTaku telling her stuff that happened....which we already know b/c we've been watching!!! But luckily, her love story with Kimura isn't that heavy, so that's good. Other than Ogawa & her lisp-y way of talking, i really enjoyed this drama.
GTO [麻辣教師] Rating: 10/10 What more do I need to say? It's GTO. This was one of the first doramas I've watched (like, 3rd series, i think) and I gave it a 10 b/c at that time, I really enjoyed it. But since then, I've seen better ones and I could see all the flaws in this one. Sorimachi over acts, but it works in GTO. The students were all great. The only annoying part were the teachers. They were all so mean, petty, and just plain annoying.
Hana Yori Dango [花より男子] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) I though Oguri would be a better Domyoji than MatsuJun, but after watching this, I've changed my opinion: Matsumoto did a great job as Domyoji!! In fact, everyone was great here. Tsukushi's actress did great job, as did Oguri Shun as Hanazawa Rui. Tsukushi's family isn't annoying here and the pace is very good. My only complaint is that there's only 9 eps!!! Isn't there more?? The story moved so quickly, I need to see more!! This drama is too good for only 9 eps.
Hana Yori Dango Season 2 [花より男子] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) I dislike the whole amnesia storyline, but good thing they kept that at a minimum. The actors are good. Shigeru wasn't annoying, altho Ume is. But it was easy to see how evil Ume was, which I liked...they didn't try to make her all nice and sweet. Again, Oguri & Matsumoto impressed me.
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e [花ざかりの君たちへ] Rating: 6/10 (Watched) Other than seeing all the pretty boys interacting, the story's pretty disappointing. I don't root for Horita Maki's Mizuno and she's not very likable. It's hard to see why Natasku would like her. Sadly, Oguri's way too brooding and coming off as a spoiled brat more than an introvert =( It's been 2 months and I was only able to stomach watching 4 eps...but I must continue!! I need to see the ending. I hope at least the pretty boys will keep me enticed.
Hero Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Matsu & KimuTaku had better chemistry in Love Generation. This story wasn't too great either.
Hitonatsu no Papa e [ひと夏のパパへ] Rating: 4/10 after watching 2 full eps and fastwarding ep.3, i can't watch anymore. There's no chemistry btwn Ueto Aya & her dad. The story's not interesting either. I can see where it's going already, so I stopped watching.
Hotman [ホットマン] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Sorimachi wayyyy overacted, which he always does..it worked for GTO, but not for this. His family had nice chemistry and Nanami is just adorable! The twin guys were really cute too!
Ichi Ritoru no Namida [１リットルの涙] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) I love this drama!! All the charas are good, esp the main actress. She did a great job. Nishikido Ryo's chara gets more and more likable. Just too bad his relationship w/ Aya never gets too deep. All the eps are enjoyable. I'm just sad that Asou-kun didn't visit her in the end. Even tho a lot compare this w/ SekaChu, I like this one a LOT more than SekaChu b/c the girl is stronger, more hopeful, & isn't as reliant on the guy. I gave up SekaChu by ep.8 b/c I know what's gonna happen, but this one...I couldn't stop watching until the end!! I wonder if Asou-kun is based on a real person too.
Ikebukuro West Gate Park [池袋ウエストゲートパーク] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) What a great great drama. I liked the whole story & that everything was so fast paced. Kubozuka & Nagase were so great. I hated Kato Ai, thought she was most annoying person ever. Also, Yamashita's role was so small & barely had any range. I wonder why he won an award for this. Kubozuka should get the award.
Itsumo futari de [いつもふたりで] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) watched only 5 eps so far. Matsu's even more brash and stubborn than she was in Love Generation and Sakaguchi is really growning on me. Of course, Kashiwabara is soooo cute too! it's a cute story and the acting's good. I like Matsu so much better here than in Hero. These kind of characters is where she really shines. Sakaguchi Kenji's not too bad either. Plus, I'm seeing him in Pride at the same time and I love how his characters are the same.....yet slightly diff. JDorama needs a better picture of him for his profile! He looks creepy here! Sadly, after Kashiwabara left, the story's slowing down and I'm losing interest. I need to finish watching this sometime....
Kimi wa Petto [きみはペット] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) I've read the manga and really liked it, so I had hoped this is gonna be great too. And I wsn't disappointed (^__^). I never watched anything w/ Matsumoto Jun or Koyuki in it.....well, there's Antique, but I didn't like Koyuki there. But I really like Koyuki here! She did a great job as Sumire...cool with others, clumsy w/ Hasumi-senpai, and herself w/ Momo. MatsuJun as Momo is perfect too! The look, the moves, everything.
However, I saw Tanabe Seiichi in Food Fight and he was a total idiot so I can't imagine him as her cool, sexy senpai. So far, he seems to be trying but the way he smiles is just too creepy for me.
The drama seems to follow the manga nicely (exact quotes everywhere) but they put in some extra elements like: her landlord hates her (i hate the landlord) & Sumire seeing that psychologist. I was sad they took out the part when Sumire tries to quit smoking though. That was one of my fave arc's from the manga.
The ending is diff from anything in the manga (since the manga didn't end yet); it's kinda odd, but not too bad of an ending. Overall, this drama is great! Watch this for light hearted entertainment and MatsuJun being really cute =)
Kindaichi shonen no Jikenbo (2005) [金田一少年の事件簿] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) I don't like detective stories, but this wasn't too bad. Kamenashi and Ueno did a good job. They were the only reasons why I watched the whole thing. The way Shinichi figured things out was kinda cool and the story was written nicely. But it was hard keeping track of all the characters. Wouldn't watch this again.
Kisarazu Cat's Eye [木更津キャッツアイ] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) Okada, Sakurai, & others make interesting chara and good to watch. The story was boring for me until ep.7 (which is the best ep so far, I feel.....and not just b/c Kishidan appears). Altho confusing at first, this drama grew on me and the ending wasn't disappointing. I also liked the unique way of storytelling and how it's consistent thru out the whole series.
Kochira Hon Ikegami Sho [こちら本池上署] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) Very enjoyable! the characters are likeable & the stories are heart-warming. it moves at a nice pace too. Kaneko Ken looks and acts SOOO diff from his chara in Gokusen!! He's a good actor =) Mizuno Maki is so pretty! My mom really wants her hairstyle.
Kochira Hon Ikegami Sho 2003 [こちら本池上署] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) The teaser of this 2nd season scared me, as did the first quarter of ep 1. Luckily, all the same elements of the 1st season are still here and the story's not getting boring. I like how even though each ep can stand alone as a story, the whole series is still connected and the story builds up on the past. Sadly, Nonami Maho looked prettier in the first Kochira Hon Ikegami though.
Kochira Hon Ikegami Sho Season 3 [こちら本池上署 3] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) I don't like that Nakai will be gone =( She's one of my fave charas!! (Along w/ Mizuki). I really dislike Gin Pun Chou's chara, who's really annoying. Give me the other old lady back!!
Kochira Hon Ikegami Sho Season 4 [こちら本池上署 4] Rating: 6/10 (Watched) eh, a lot of the good charas are gone now =( The new ones don't give good chemistry to the rest of the team. I miss the old cast.
Koi ga shitai Koi ga shitai Koi ga shitai [恋がしたい恋がしたい] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) The stories were sooooo cute! And I loved how all 7 of them are so interconnected. Miho Kanno is a good actress. And Wataru (Yamada Takayuki) is such a cutie! I loved the ending.
watched ep.1 so far. eh. not really catching my interest. especially since the main actress gets on my nerves!! so annoying!
Long vacation [ロングバケーション] Rating: 3/10 (Watched) watched ep 1 and stopped. couldnt take her anymore!
Love generation [ラブジェネレーション] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) Loved it! My all time favorite drama! The interaction btwn Matsu Takako and KimuTaku is great! Even the boring parts about KimuTaku's brother were okay, and not TOO long to make you want to punch them. What more can I say, just watch it!
ep 1 is good so far, still can't really see how the story's gonna be yet. Dohmoto Tsuyoshi's chara isn't as likeable as he was in Summer Snow, but perhaps he'll develop more as the series goes on. Once again, Uchiyama Rina plays a genki (on the edge of annoyance) but cute girl head over heels in love w/ a guy who doesn't really return her feelings.
Mukodono! [ムコ殿/女婿大人] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) no need to say more. you just GOT to watch this. Nagase Tomoya surprised me with this role and he's super funny. a must watch drama for everyone. at first, some characters were annoying (like Kaede) but they got better and i end up liking everyone basicly. i am NOT gonna watch Mukodono 2004 b/c i liked the original too much and I dont want a sequel that's not really a sequel but just a retelling of the same story to mess me up. my 2nd fave dorama thus far.
My Boss, My Hero [マイボスマイヒロ] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) So so so so funny!!!! I liked Nagase in Mukodono, IWGP, and even Tiger & Dragon....but I LOVED him in this drama. So funny, good acting, and comical too. I wish there's a My Boss, My Hero 2.
My Little Chef Rating: 6/10 (Watched) sorta interesting to see Yada Akiko cook...but story was pretty boring and not much happens. Abe is very disappointing here. I liked him better as Kage!!
Nanbaa Wan [ナンバーワン] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) I personally thought it was great, although Kubozuka over acted & the storyline was really strange. The ending was weird b/c I wished he didn't go back to that lousy job. But overall, I enjoyed the show. The chemistry btwn everyone
Narita Rikon [成田離婚] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) It's a cute story, and even though they keep fighting, it doesn't seem to get old. Seto Asaka is so pretty and she does a good job being the spoiled princess. Ichirou's co-workers have a good chemistry, and I liked all the acting done here. I like Kusanagi Tsuyoshi's acting here better than in Food Fight, he seems to fit this character more.
Nobuta wo Produce [野ブタ。をプロデュース] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) A nice story and good watch. The whole thing flows by so quickly!
None of the acting's bad nor annoying. The teachers are FINALLY cool and not super annoying like Dragonzakura. I like the message it portrays. It's cute too, especially the Nobuta Power.
Nodame Cantabile [のだめ カンタビ−レ] Rating: 8/10 Up to ep.8 so far. I didn't like the manga much but I'm really enjoying this! I think the actors do a good job and the annoying ones don't get TOO annoying. I love the classical music they play.
Wishlist. I didn't like Shibasashi Kou in Good Luck, but perhaps she's better here. All the good reviews for this drama got me interested.
Pride [プライド] Rating: 9/10 (Bought & Watched) The storyline is interesting and KimuTaku already shines thru in this series (he's not as aloof as in his other series). Takeuchi Yuko isn't as ditzy as she was in Mukodono....but she also looks MUCH taller (b/c KimuTaku's so much shorter than Nagase Tomoya! haha), but her chara's not as fun here. The chemistry btwn the hockey team players are good, and I think it's interesting that many of the actors here are new. It's just a bit disappointing that the other 3 features guys of the team (Tomo, Makoto, & Yamato) are so clear-cut for their personalities.....but luckily, after 4 eps their characters got developed and they're all really good! Especially impressed by Makoto (Sato Ryuta). Sadly, Yamato (Sakaguchi Kenji)'s pic here looks so bad! But when you see him in drama, he's actually pretty good looking. I like him here more than in Itsumo Futari
Sapuri [サプリ] Rating: 3/10 only watched ep.1. can't make myself go on... why is Itoh Misaki's face frozen?? Botox?
Sekai no chuushin de, ai wo sakebu [世界の中心で、愛をさけぶ] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) Watched only up to ep.7 so far, but every single episode made me cry.....it's just so sad!! But in a good way. Yamada Takashi is really good here (altho all his charas are pretty aloof/quiet, aren't they?). The main girl chara is really good and the other charas are interesting to watch w/out being annoying. I'll revise this after I've finished the whole series. I gave an 8 for SekaChu only b/c it's so sad that I don't think I can ever watch it again.
Sensei shiranaino? [先生知らないの？] Rating: 6/10 (Watched) At first, I thought it's like GTO for elementary school, with everything's more toned down. Most of the students were cute and I was so surprised at how well they acted in some scenes. Happily, the other teachers were not super annoying (like the ones in GTO) and the story's not soooo repetitive that it got boring. Shinohara Tomoe was scary to watch (i think she must've suffered tons of back pain from moving around like that) and the guy who keeps changing jobs is a terrible actor. This is my fave role for Kusanagi Tsuyoshi b/c it fits him well. Only sad part was that the stories weren't very continuous. Once a student gets an episode devoted to him and his story, he basicly gets dropped and we never hear much about him again. It would be nice if we can hear more about their stories later on. Oh, and it got really annoying with so many ppl saying "SENsei shiraNAIno?" all the time.
Shota no sushi [将太の寿司] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) Only watched 2 eps so far. Kashiwabara Takashi is really funny here! Need to finish watching this....
WISHLIST!!! i really want to see this drama!! i'm a big oguri shun fan and i really want to see him in this role, which is prolly really diff from anything i've seen him in so far (GTO, summer snow, Hana Yori Dango, Gokusen)
Summer snow Rating: 10/10 (Watched) Tsuyoshi and Ryoko acted really well here. Oguri Shun too! I like him more and more every time i see him. Great story, heart warming and nicely written. Imai Tsubasa was so funny!
Tengoku ni ichiban chikai otoko [天国に一番近い男] Rating: 2/10 (Watched) awful. Matsuoka Masahiro did a good job, i suppose, but I just really dislike his acting. he became really annoying. the story seems interesting, but there just seems to be something lacking and didn't cut it for me, even though I like some of the actors. sadly, Kubozuka Yousuke's role was so small that it wasn't worth sitting thru this awful thing to catch glimpses of him. oh, but the ending sequence is so cute. that's my favorite part of every episode, haha.
Tiger & Dragon [タイガー＆ドラゴン] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) The story was really confusing in the first few eps. But after the story got flowing, it went quickly. I really like Kotora's yazuka-rakugo, haha. Much better than the old stories. I think Aoi Yuu's really pretty good. Also liked her strong personality, haha. Okada needs to calm down though. Btwn this and Kisarazu, he must be really tired.
Tokyo Tower ~Okan to Boku to, tokidoki, Oton [東京タワー2007] Rating: 6/10 It is NOT fun watching Hayami Mokomichi act like a spoiled brat, especially when he doesn't even look that good here. I gave up after 5 eps b/c I could see where things are headed already & didn't feel motivated to go on.
This has mixed reviews, so not sure if it'll good. But the story looks interesting, so I'll give it a try.
Water Boys [ウォーターボーイズ] Rating: 7/10 (Watched) I've only watched 7 eps so far, I'll edit this comment when i've seen more. So far, it's interesting. Some acting is too over exaggerated and I still HATE "deebu" b/c he's so annoying! why doesnt he get decent swimming trunks?? the story's slowly picking up speed, getting better and better. and happily, kankuro's finally developed a backbone. and Tatemasu isnt as talkative as before.
Yan Papa [やんパパ] Rating: 6/10 (Watched) Nagase is incredibly good looking here. But other than watching him and Goto Maki, this wasn't much fun to watch. The story's a bit too trite and old, altho it'll be nice to find a guy like Nagase's chara. And at least I'm not the only one that finds Kato Ai annoying...even the charas in the drama dislike her, lol.
Yume de Aimashou [夢で逢いましょう] Rating: 6/10 (Watched) Only watched sparingly on tv. Not too bad, but not great story. Yada Akiko & her father make good match, but not w/ other male leads. Dentist is really boring. Hajime needs to develop more.

Narita Rikon [成田離婚] funny & great chemistry btwn cast [Rating: 9/10] It's a cute story, and even though they keep fighting, it doesn't seem to get old. Seto Asaka is so pretty and she does a good job being the spoiled princess. Ichirou's co-workers have a good chemistry, and I liked all the acting done here. I like Kusanagi Tsuyoshi's acting here better than in Food Fight, he seems to fit this character more. The only person that was kinda annoying as Yuki, who keeps chasing after Ichirou, but she didn't get TOO annoying and she got better, so I ended up liking her.
