Very funny. I enjoyed it a lot. I watched every episode as soon as it was released, eventhough, I understand very little japanese. Later, when english subs were out, I watched it again with english subs.
Also, I love japanese buddhist temples, so it was a pleasure for me to watch this series.

I love this, best drama ever..actually, this was my first drama..I watched anime HYD and then I found out that there is a drama..
I even didn't like Matsumoto Jun at first (Rui was much more attractive) but I gradually fell in love with him..well, to be precise, I fell in love with his Domyouji^^

Ueto Aya is almost the same age as me and maybe that is why I enjoy her acting change because I also change and I enjoy seeing her playing more series characters.
This topic was very interesting and I can relate to that quite well, eventhough I grow up in totally different european environment.

just finished watching last episode. I watched it in japanese, though. So, I'm not sure if I got it all well but I'm quite disappointed. I thought that Hotaru would go to Taiwan with buchou but she decided to wait at home. Ahoka? Shinjinarenai! She seemed to did her best every time but according to me, she did her best only at work (only when she wasn't thinking about personal stuff).
She never did anything for buchou. I don't understand such relationships.
Second series was much worse than the first one. Hotaru didn't change at all. "Himono-onna" was funny at first but it gradually became very annoying.

I think that things like this happens a lot and it is not necessarily bad if it does not lead to infidelity (like in this case)..people have great relationship but are still not satisfied, suddenly they meet another person that shows them something different and helps them to open their eyes and realize what their really want.. |
