Hito ni Yasashiku [人にやさしく / ３ピース] very funny drama. I think the actors did a great performance especially the three guys and the cute little boy. Their relationship is really fun to watch and all 4 of them are sooo cute. They are loud but very funny. I think all three men(I don't know their names sorry) will go a looong way in this business. I love the violent guy, he's soo cute and he can really act, almost cried during an episode focusing on him and his dad
Long vacation [ロングバケーション] I love this drama, this is the very first kimutaku drama I watched and I really enjoyed it, the story is simple yet sweet. I also loved how takenouchi yutaka is in this drama. the cast acted very well. Its funny and touching at the same time. Manatsu no Merry Christmas [真夏のメリークリスマス] very touching and sweet. Yutaka takenouchi is really handsome!!! and he can do everything action, drama and comedy!!!. Luv him.
Nemureru mori [眠れる森] This drama isn't boring at all, it's very suspenseful, has a lot of twists and turns. I really enjoyed watching each and every epsiode. Kimu taku as always, is handsome and cool!!! He did a great performance, the other actors did a great performance as well. .....I was a bit diasappointed at the end, sbecause I want Naoki to live on and have a happy life ....
Kaneshiro Takeshi [金城武] I'm in love with this guy, I lthink he's a talented actor and he's super handsome to boot. he acts and sings , sooo talented. I wanna watch all his movies and series. If ever i go to japan I'll make sure to see him
Katori Shingo [香取慎吾] i like him, I think he's a great actor plus he's cute and can sing.
Kimura Takuya [木村拓哉] Very talented actor, I first saw him in long vacation and his subtle gestures are soo cute, he's a natural actor. he's handsome, can act and sing, very talented.
Kubozuka Yosuke [窪塚洋介] I love this guy!!!!, Ihe has a certain appeal, and i think he's cute...too bad he's married, First saw him in pingpong then in GTO, I will definitely see all his movies and dramas. if ever I go to japan I will go hunt this man!!!!
Takenouchi Yutaka [竹野内豊] This guy holds my heart, yes takenouchi yutaka is my biggest crush ever (together with takeshi kaneshiro). a great actor and he sooo cute , I can't get enough of him, I like seeing him on tv. that;'s why I'll go hunt down all his series. I'll go to japan just to see him (maybe in the future when i'm grown up and have the money)
Beautiful life [ビューティフルライフ] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) very touching, simple story yet sweet and heartwarming!!! they are such a cute couple. As usual Kimutaku is Hot !!!! Cried at the end.
I think the drama is more about how shuji and kyoko handles their relationship in the midst of Kyoko's doubts and low self confidence. Kyoko has given up a lot of things, she basically closed her heart and this is what they need to overcome to be able to be together and to maintain their relationship. At first I did not understand why MAsao, Kyoko's brother did not want her going out with shuji and I think its more than wanting her sister not to get hurt, I think he feels some resentment towards the situation. Before the family provided her with happiness, love and support. To be able to provide these things to her and attend to her sister Masao did not pursue his own dreams and stayed with the family business. Now that Shuji takes this role from the family, Masao may feel that all his sacrifice was for nothing since another person is able to give kyoko the happiness, love, support etch. The ending was great, Kimutaku is such a hunk!!!!! Inever get tired of staring at him
GTO [麻辣教師] Rating: 7/10 I think, its just an okay drama. If it didn't star Takashi sorimachi I would never have finished it. the stories were so-so, takashi sorimachi is such a great actor and he looks sooooooo good. Sorimachi is DAMN SEXY...I mean it !!!he is such a sexy man.
Onizuka seems to have no flaws. There was a lack of character development on his part. In every problem, he knows what to do to solve them and in the process teaches his students some wisdom. I am not bothered by Onizuka being something of a saint, someone without flaws ..hehe since I luv takashi sorimachi!!! anyway Onizuka is really like a saint. EVen though he is perverted and somewhat violent, he never did really did do anything evil throughout the drama. All he did was do the right thing. This perverted violent man facade was really necessary to at least show that he is HUMAN. The drama emphasizes Onizuka as a savior and as championing against evil. The performance/acting of the teachers outshine that of the students. The head teacher and the other Onizuka detractors were so clueless and greedy, they made my blood pressure high...... anyway, through Onizuka who they somewhat persecuted, they changed their ways and we may even say they gained salvation....its as if Onizuka was portrayed as like Jesus....maybe I'm looking into this too much ^^: Sorimachi was great in this drama!!!! he is soo cool and super sexy, even thpugh he just wears his plain shirts, he is still super sexy

One thing that i would complain about the drama is that it doesn't feel like a drama but a sitcom. THe people are soo loud, they talk so fast that sometimes it gave me a headache, but its okay since their cuteness and lovable characters make up for it. The cute little boy is wonderful, I can really feel his sadness when his crying and happiness when he's laughing. The ators have chemistry, it feel like they are one big happy family. The life stories of the three men are really touching and every episode their is a moral that can be learned. This is a very wholesome drama, I like it
Kimi ga oshietekureta koto [君が教えてくれたこと] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) I enjoyed watching this drama. the story is very touching. Tomosaki rie did a great job as Mayuko, the autistic girl. It was fun watching Mayuko slowly becoming independent and slowly understanding the feelings of other people. Kamikawa takaya also did a great performance.

Manatsu no Merry Christmas [真夏のメリークリスマス] Rating: 8/10 (Watched) I enjoyed this drama coz I think the story is really sweet and touching PLUS yutaka takenouchi is in it!!!!. Yutaka takenouchi is a really good actor , he can do drama, action, comedy, very versatile and oh so very handsome.
I don't like the character of the main girl becuase she is too innocent and naive for her age that its disturbing and weird. I think their is a lack on character development on her part. I think it would be better if the drama illustrated their relationshiip growing from a brother sister/friend to lovers. they became lovers sooo fast when the fact is they haven't seen each other for a long time, even haru did not recognized ryo. I really enjoyed ryo's character and his character really developed. His willingness to be a better person and to change his ways was worthy of admiratiion. the other characters was okay, the girl who loves the lawyer had little exposure, she should have been taken out of the story. I think she transformed a little too quickly, anyway. the other girl who like ryo, I think her name is nanami. ithe reason for her desire to be an actress was absurd, I think no one in this world would become an actress so that someone they are looking for would see them, she could have just asked some government agency to investigate where her mother is or if she was dead or alive.
what i liked about the drama is that some scenes were really touching and takenouchi's character is soo sweet . Ryo lack some faults though or the drama did not protrayed his bad qualities enoughh. for an ex gangster he sure is perfect. and haru's character Didn't have any !!!!!. I'm sure there is, the drama just didn't show it...nobody can be perfect. I'm sure she was cursing nanami or the other girl in her mind~~ The drama showed more, the faults of the other characters surrounding them. I give this a ten coz its enetrtaining enough for me to finish all the epsiode and the last episode evoked so much a feeling of happiness and envy that I cried and thought to myself "I wish I could find a man like ryu!!!!
Nemureru mori [眠れる森] Rating: 10/10 (Watched) its very suspenseful and thrilling to watch, Kimu taku was like a prince or a knight in shining armor!!!!
The past is indeed a part of our life, it shapes us to the person we are today and what we will be in the future. In the words of minako, it helps us avoid committing the same mistakes again, learning new ways to deal with problems or adapt to life, thus we experience growth. MInako, the female protagonist, now 27 and is about to marry a somewhat successful man feels an emptiness in her heart. She feels incomplete and unsure of who she really is due to a deeply forgotten past. She feels she cannot continue on with her life without completely knowing her true identity. Her false and buried memories was caused by a unusual treatment given to her by a doctor and initiated by her uncle who wanted Minako to start a new after witnessing the brutal murder of her family. Naoki is a complex character and is one of my favorite, well not only of his good looks =)..anyway, it confused me how this little boy who "shared" her memories and dreams to little minako, could have a very deep attachment or bond to her when these dreams and memories are their only connection. To illustrate how deep this attachment it, he guarded and protected her for 15 years form afar, patiently and anxiously waiting for the day when her memories were to uncover. This attachment/bond grew to love for naoki as he grew up. Its possible that, Naoki who has failed to pursue his own dreams of playing catch with his father, of a family gathering around the veranda etch has felt that through MInako , he can fulfill those lost and unfulfilled dreams . This can be interpreted in 2 ways. As little minako starts her new life she can fulfill these dreams or Noaki with minako can fulfill those dreams. Because Minako likes and dislikes the same things as Naoki and has the same dreams in life, Noaki found in her a perfect partner, thus a happy relationship will exist and a sure fulfillment of his dreams. Naoki (at first) wants to protect her form her past, so that his memories and dreams within her will remain and he wants to destroy kiichiro and snatch her away from him to realize these dreams. His sadness after he discovered the fact that they are siblings is justified since it somewhat symbolizes his now shattered dreams.
There is some parallelism between Kiichiro and naoki. Both of they followed and guarded Minako all through these many years, both sees her an important symbol of their dreams. It maybe concluded that one of kiichiro's dreams was to be with Kimiko Since this dream can't be realized (because of kokubuku) he murders kimiko to be able to make her his. Now some of the questions bugging my head is that 1.why did n't he kill Minako, 2. why did he continue to stay by her side knowing that someday she may remember? 3. at the ending, why didn't he just kill . It seems like , through the existence of minako he is able to preserve his dream. I think he loves her becuase she has become a symbol of the fufilled dream. anyway. It is obvious that kiichiro experience guilt or else he wouldn't have aske minako to kill himself at the end. He didn't kill himself because if he did then the murder of kimiko was meaningless.
Virgin Road [バージンロード] Rating: 9/10 (Watched) I enjoyed this drama very much. all the characters are very likable and i especially love the father, he is such a good father...Sorimachi is damn sexy !!!!! It started a bit draggy but after the first episode, I can't wait to see how they will fall in love..ohh and sorimachi is sooo handsome that I wanted to see more of him.. hehehe
The drama emphasizes the role of a parent to a child and the child to the parent. The parnet/parents is to always guide and support their children. Even though their children have their own lives, parents will continue to meddle in their child's affairs because a parent will never stopped loving his child. The drama is also about self discovery. Both kazumi and Kaoru had problems with their identity. Kaoru, having grown up in an orpanage and abandoned by his parents, his heart became cold and distant from human compassion. when he felt the kindness of kazumi and his family, he doubts if he is deserving of that kindness. he puts on an act to runaway from confronting and expressing his true feelings to kazumi, his mother and kiri. ever since she was little and her mother died, Kazumi obeyed his father and always pleased him. She was afraid to live an ordinary life and so decided to go to america to find the life she wanted to lead.
