This is certainly an amusing topic. I would guess that the majority of posters (including myself) are male--I could be wrong!? Either way, it seems that we are the ones whose mother's loved them. Muack

Anyway, the only JDrama I have seen in its entirety is Great Teacher Onizuka. Now, I am a firm believer in anime that makes you emotional and, as this was my first JDrama, I was impressed to see that within the first episode, I was feeling emotion towards the characters.

Of course, some eight-to-ten episodes later I started to feel the tears welling up. I didn't cry, mind you, but that was the closest I've been in a while. Applaud

Quite some actually...

GTO
Bus stop
Mukodono
summer snow - the ending part
taiyou wa shizumenai
Yamato Nadeshiko
tengoku ni ichiban chikai otoko - the ending part

those are the ones i can remember... watching wakaba no koro now and it seems to be a sad one too...

Jdramas are the only dramas that make me cry. HK and Taiwan shows... Shake Head

The first few eps of qiu tian de tong hua were pretty touching too... but it got boring reall quick after that

I'm a guy, but hey, i'm a human Mr Green

- mukodono
- big wing
- shin hoshi no kinka
- itazura na kiss
- summer snow
- gokusen.. esp at the episode when shin went to fight for his sis..

i think got more.. but can only think of these.. i like crying when watching dramas actually.. able to escape from reality for a while..

I've never cried in dramas. No matter how sad it was. One drama did really make me sad was "Investigator Mariko 4". A dear person was killed at the final ep. Sad It was really sad.
