As a big Toda Erika fan I been waiting for this for sometime now. Only disappointment is that the first episode is only 36 minutes long. Hopefully the next episode and so forth are longer. I'm hearing the show is supposed to be similar to Kurosagi. Some are calling it Kurosagi 2. I liked Kurosagi so that's cool

Based on the manga series of the same name, Toda Erika plays an honest college student, Kanzaki Nao, who receives a million dollars one day, along with a card saying she has been chosen to take part in the "Liar Game". The aim of the game is to trick the other players out of their one million dollars. At the end, the winner gets one million dollars and the loser is one million dollars in debt. Horrified, Nao tries to contact the game organizers to give them their money back. Her old high school teacher offers to help, but it turns out he actually is her opponent in the game, and easily tricks her out of her million dollars. Coincedentally, Nao notices a newspaper article one day regarding an ex-swindler named Akiyama Shinichi. Desperate, she contacts him for help.

Wow this show sure starts off weird, is filmed weird, the colors are odd, ect. but it is very interesting. I love it. LOL. Then again I'm biased because of Erika. I have no problem watching RAW things before their subbed. I just watch them again later. Maybe it make more sense to me then, but I still get the drift and understand alot of what is going on. I like weird things I guess LOL

The scenes jump around alot quickly and days kinda move by quickly, in general everything is quick but that might be because it's just a 36 minute episode. The lighting is a bit odd [lots of dark colors, redish pink seems to go around alot], but this is all the first episode. Still good stuff. Erika is soooo kawaii big time in this. I love her in the red dress in the introduction credits soooo much. The guy is a bit cool too. It might take sometime to download. It took me a few hours, but I been checking d-addicts closely since late last night and all day today for it, so that's why I saw it already and got everything so quick. I been waiting for this series to start forever. The OST is interesting. No sign of Iwasa Mayuko in the first episode though. Next episode looks just as odd. Heh. It's great.

Sad news, apparently the person who was going to sub this can't now because they got slammed with some copyright law from Japan, so as of now this series will have no subs. But, the person who was going to do it before getting slammed is planning to write up synopsis of each episode detailed and broken down by every scene. Still in all this stinks. Maybe someone else will pick up the sub project, but it might be sometime before that happens. Hopefully it won't be long since Erika is becoming pretty famous.

wow the plot sounds amazing, and the actor/actress lineup also looks amazing. Is not the typical Japanese drama either, but sadly no subs . tears...

WTF? That's retarded! There's probably some trick but i dont see how free fansubs are illegal especially when they're not being sold. And reading plot summaries are better than nothing but it's ridiculous to have to watch the show, be "?????" the whole time, then read the summary afterwards. It makes me angry.

Why hasn't this happened to the other subbed dramas? Or are they doing this to all the new dramas? And did the japanese company formally message the subber and tell him not to do it? How'd they find out?

Yes, it seems the subber got slammed with the copyright talk over the fact that they live in Japan. So, there is still a good chance someone else could end up subbing it, but who knows when. At least this happened during the first episode and not later, give's more time to find someone else
