I'm looking forward to watching this one. Masaaki Uchino is awesome and he was great in "Gonzo". Yeah

I've got a feeling his character will be offbeat, like in Gonzo... He appears to be a very intense actor. Victory! Peace!

He doesn't look offbeat in the picture... My impression is that the character is more serious than in Gonzo.

His role as Kuraishi seemed offbeat and eccentric. It kinda did remind me of Kuroki in Gonzo. I hope he's like this throughout the dorama.

I watched half of the first episode last night and I think I prefer this to BOSS. I'll watch the rest and episode 2 this weekend.

This is probably one of the better dramas of the season and I think the best among the investigative ones. Mr Green I'm eagerly anticipating tonight's episode which sounds like the story that will shed light on Kuraishi's past as well as his relationship with Tachihara.

Only watched the 1st 2 episodes. Ep. 1 was OK; although it's hard for me to relate to and rationalize some of Uchino Masaaki's actions. Anyone who has worked in a big corporation for years w/ fully functional frontal lobes wouldn't do what he did (unless of course if he's their superior). Ep. 2 is better as he's more restrained and rational, w/ a more compelling storyline.

You will probably enjoy it if you like precise focus on police procedure; as a mystery buff I found the mysteries kind of bland and the deduction far from robust.

Yeah it's more procedural than mystery solving.

Kuraishi strikes me as the sort who has no regard for rank and file and the police force puts up with his outrageous behaviour because the accuracy of his insights contributes immensely to their crime solving. The day he stops doing so will probably be the day they unceremoniously drop him.

The door-opening scenes in Ep2 were eerie. Thumbsup i love it.

Maybe I'm too used to seeing him in Taiga dramas. I thought Kuraishi should be in his Edo period costume.......
