Almost done with Kingdoms of Amalur:Reckoning...
got all the gold armor sets except for the 3 pieces (2 sorc, 1 rouge) that I just couldnt get to drop.

Nice combat but once you have decent gear (non-crafted), its pretty easy even on hard mode.

Bring the Payne. I hadn't played a videogame in ages and this was seriously fun. I like games with a strong narrative that goes along with the action of the game mechanics.

The writing in this game was exceptionally good and very funny. This game had too many one liners to count.

One of my favorites, when Max Payne says, "A barely sober drunk and a pregnant woman, hardly a Navy SEAL team."

Bad Piggies, the alternate-universe's answer to Angry Birds, lands September 27th

Imagine a world where everyone's evil and wears a goatee, while our avian allies from Angry Birds are actually the villains of the piece. That's the premise behind Bad Piggies, Rovio's newest productivity killer, which promises entirely new game mechanics (and no slingshots!). It'll arrive on iOS, Android and OS X on September 27th, with Windows and Windows Phone 8 versions following shortly afterward.

Hehe. I found a more fitting game for you. It's called "Angry Mods." In this game the baddies are board members that generate unwanted bits of spam musubi which mucks up the board. As the game's hero your resourceful use of the Boot out vanquishes the enemy & keeps the order of things.

Atari 2600s get PC innards, 22,857 times more processing power

Atari games redesigned in HTML 5 may bring back a flood of nostalgia, but they leave out a key part of the gaming experience: the classic hardware. Hard Drives Northwest filled that void by gutting a limited number of authentic Atari 2600s and stuffing them with modern PC components. Packing a Core i7 3.4GHz processor, the retro console now boasts 22,857 times more processing power than it did in its heyday, according to Microsoft's calculations -- more than enough oomph to handle the recent remakes. Other internals include 8GB of RAM, a 120GB SSD and a Radeon HD 6570 graphics card with 1GB of video memory. With support for USB 3.0 and 2.0, eSATA, DisplayPort, DVI and HDMI, the system is well stocked on the connectivity front. Finally, the signature of Atari founder Nolan Bushnell acts as the cherry atop the faux wood grain-toting package. While the souped-up machines aren't up for sale, a pair of them are slated for a giveaway.

Man, talk about up making an old guy feel old. This was revolutionary back in the day and now, you can get emulator on a smart phone that will allow you to play 100 Atari games in the palm of your hand.

Nice.

Probably worth a few shekels if it's in good condition.
