Takatsugu will take many concubines later, coz Hatsu can't have child. Otsu castle will be attacked before Sekigahara battle, she will experience 3rd time of the fall of castle. If I'm not mistaken, Takatsugu's career was going down since then, she decided to live apart from her own husband and focus on educating the Kyogoku heir who is not her birth child. Takatsugu dies and she become a nun. Poor Hatsu...

Triangle.

Finally watched Episode 20... Very hard episode to watch and not because there were no subs.

The emphasis on the Hideyoshi-Chacha relationship just made me cringe and wince throughout the entire episode.

Not really looking forward to watching it again with subs, but I'll have to to really understand the dynamics...

To be honest, I didn't like Hira Takehiro at all in Atsuhime, becoz of his Tokugawa Yoshinobu dark character XD
But he is so adorable as Kazunari

Since Hira was wishing that Saji Kazunari would appear again in Episode 40s, I'm wishing that would happen, and there would be an itsy-bitsy Kazunari-Gou-Hidetada love triangle occur, heehee.... I don't think the chance is zero for a taiga drama like GOU (maybe around the time Hidetada have an affair for the 2nd time )
