I totally second that. Right now. I might need to see more of his work, tho I doubt any of his other roles will have as much impact.

On Topic: I think I'm on epi 6 of Grumpy Gene but I'm not sure

About mid-way is when the show starts falling apart, kiddo. Good luck with the rest of it....it stanks, general.

I like many of his characters...but he played that role perfectly and it was written by Kudo Kankuro who has turned out many of the best Japanese comedies, both in Film and TV. Granted the supporting cast for T&D was just awesome, too. Just awesome. I really liked him in Utahime which was his most recent role.

Hmmm... I think I'm in the process of downloading Utahime. I think I'll watch IWGP after I finish Grumpy Gene... which, by the way, IS getting painful. I can practically pinpoint it to episode 7.

I'm on epi 9 now.

Was going to finish up some more episodes tonight after getting home from work, when my MC crashed on me! Bang Head Shameful Cry

Now I have to wait 2-3 days for the replacement parts to come in so I can solder the thing back together...*le sigh* In the meantime, I'll catch up with series on my laptop, so yay for backup plans! Victory! Peace!

Planning on starting up Wedding Planner when I get my MC back up and running, but I'll be spot-watching a few episodes here and there of other shows until then.

not enough seeders so I gotta wait like everybody else. Sad

so far, quite impressive. correct me if I'm wrong but four of the actors (including Karina & Ren Osugi) also played roles in "ushi begai wo - love & farm"?

Watched To Heart episode 1-3 last night. Fukada Kyoko was very cute, particularly when she's boxing, hee. But that's about it. I think I will probably re-watch some old favourites now.

A six....boy kid you're more generous than Mother Theresa ever was....that was one of the worst shows in Japanese history...even the English language press in Japan said as much.

LOL! Yea, I AM way easy. The lowest mark I've given is a 4/10, and that went to KKK2003, which is the worst drama I've ever seen in my life.

I finished Grumpy Gene. ...

Wow, is Grumpy Gene THAT bad? I guess it's a good thing I got it from you, Wyn, instead of continuing to download it and author it myself. I guess it'll move down my queue. Though it's not like I really have a set queue. Sweat Can't wait to read your review of it.

Lowest I gave a drama is probably a 3. That honor goes to Slow Trance/Crawl. I still don't get how people can like that drama. U Suck

On topic... I watched the 18th episode of Aibou 2 (Partners 2) last night and it was pretty good. I really should watch that series more often because I liked all the episodes I've seen so far.

I think she knows she made the right decision but she was just feeling wistful because of emotions re: the whole relationship. Dunno.

Yeah right. I dunno...it's just a stab. Well IWGP is a totally different beast....it's quite weird in many ways...but it was funny...I love Kudo Kankuro dramas....the same guy who wrote Tiger and Dragon. The characters of Makoto and his friend are pretty dayem funny.

I saw the first three episodes a while back at my cousin's house and thought the drama was great! Plus Tomoya-kun is in it. Smitten
