i agree~he's great! and so is ohgo suzuka!!
buuut i think the drama itself hat some kind of ... "flair"? XD It feels really nostalgic to watch it, and i don't know why ;;
and it's getting better in the latter episodes (maybe I'm just imagining things the more tired i get xD *doesn't want to sleep*)

Yesh sir.

I'll watching the whole thing tomorrow. I have no other plans. I'm such a loser.

Yikes, in that case I'll watch it on my sister's computer. hehe

I'll be starting the marathon in one hour, after I've had breakfast. Victory! Peace!

Hehe.. good luck. I don't know if it'll be as bad as Beem says ;-) He's built up a special reserve of ire for that program, I think Mr Green

Watched the last half of 5 and all of eps 6 and 7 of Lunch No Joou last night. I guess I got a little hooked ashamed

Though I have to say, I'm growing somewhat less impressed with Yuko - her role has really flattened out. Sure, every time she smiles it makes me melt, but she wasn't doing as much these last few episodes. I'm hoping she'll play a larger part in the last episodes, but I really like where the series is going.

Satoshi and the guy who plays his older brother totally rock!

I have.

It's from the crushing disappointment of what could've been something really special...

finished Iryu 2

zannen desu, 7/10. it definitely does not deserve a 10 like it did for the first one.

one thing for sure, the script writers were not able to make a storyline that can be compared to the original one by the mangaka; it lacks depth, it's way too repetitive, they were not as good in playing the viewers' emotions, and most of all

what he hell??!! say bye bye to all those expected surprises.

but i have to say, Sawano Hiroyuki is the maestro, and the new line of casts weren't bad either. So it's still a worth watching dorama, but it's definitely dissapointing compared to Iryu 1

Agreed - I think the intro was one of the neatest parts. I was sad when about 1/4 of the way through the series they didn't show the whole thing and longer

just watched "Code Blue" Ep 1... not as bad as expected, was positively surprised. Maybe not outstanding, but I think I'll enjoy it.

So what next? Mr Green Thinking of Tantei Gakusei Q or Sensei wa Erai! (LOL they packed all jonnys juniors in that one xD' must watch xDD)

And I think I'll watch the first episode of Iryu, seeing if it's fitting my dear mom who's a doctor and requested a medical dorama xD...

I found "Haikei Chichiue-sama" yesterday. It sounds quite nice; the description reminds me of Yasashii Jiikan. Is it worth watching?

You'll get sick of the song eventually, since apparently it's the only track (along with the instrumental version) in the entire drama... Shake Head

lol it somehow was the same with "Flavour of life" in HYD 2 xD Plus the refrain came always so suddenly that I got a shock every time, plus it ruined the mood D:

I didn't mind it the first couple hundred times I heard it, but by episode 3 I said "Enough already!!!"

I've just finished Last Friends epi 7. I've been taking breaks between each episode the avoid trashing my mac.

I think I'll try to watch the 8th right now...

A true marathon - impressive.

And apparently you've done about as much as I have today - I feel so useless ;-) I did go to the farmer's market this morning.. but I really haven't done much at all. Maybe I'll try to get in another ep. of Lunch No Joou tonight.

LOL! No, not really. I mean, I'd already seen 4 episodes before, so I've only seen three since. Well, four, now that I've finished epi 8.

I'm gonna finish the rest tomorrow. The ending of epi 8 was grand and I want the feeling to last, since I know it's gonna go down from here.
