well.. kassy is the pet name only for takashi kashiwabara.. nobody calls shuji that, but it is possible since it has been derived from the surname.. another example is takki, from takizawa hideaki.. his father is also called takki by close friends.. however in entertainment circles [takki] is hideaki takizawa and [kassy] is kashiwabara takashi.. a bit messy huh..
