Actually, Ruth Anne would be ���[�X�E�A�� [ru-su an], and Carlos is �J�����X [karurosu]. Wink

My last name is a very old, obscure German name. When accepted as a Chinese name (which it isn't) it is transcribed as "Mori Hayashi" in Japanese.

I think you mean "elite" (�G���g). Someone special that's gone to an "elite" university and when they get a job because of their education that puts them on the fast track to upper management.
