if anyone liked Summer Snow, i'd say its a pretty good bet that you'll love Beautiful Life - a classic jdorama well worth watching _________________

does anyone have a drama recomendation of something like Hana yori dango or (even though i know it's a kdrama, i'm a sucker for love triangles.XD) goong? sorry, i'm kinda new to dramas..... thanx for any suggestions!

it's not quite like Hana Yori Dango but it is another school dorama that focuses on friendship and love.....with a healthy dose of comedy.

For those who liked Long Vacation, Love Generation, Beautiful Life, I'd definitely recommend watching Concerto if you haven't seen it already - haven't seen much mention of it but I'm very glad I found this hidden gem. _________________

Hi! I am new to the J-drama scene and I was wondering if some of you might be able to help me. I love romances such as Hana Yori Dango and I'm watching Densha Otoko now and it's quite good. I also love Gokusen. The only thing is that I hate when a romance ends badly. I guess I'm more of a romantic comedy girl than a drama person. Any thoughts? I just hate when I get into the characters and start rooting for them and then one of them dies or something goes horribly wrong. Thank you so much for your help! This site rocks!

the Densha Otoko files are "soft subbed" meaning there is a separate subtitle file that you have to download in addition to the video file. the subtitle files are also located at d-addicts
