well, i will always prefer mukodono 2001 versh as that has aiba.. and it was one drama that really impacted me.. probably because i knew what generally was going to happen in mukodono 2003 so that made it a bit predictable.. but still, the producers and the actors did a great job.. and so i'll say.. just get it..!! you won't regret.. not like how i did when i bought ningen shikkaku.. -___- Shake Head

in 'Mukodono 2003', there is always a very huge crowd whenever Sakuraba appears or sings. i'm wondering, are they real people or the production used special effect to create the crowd, just like in TLOTR?

that is real.. it is shot live from outside fujitv.. i think they allow the viewers to know about these scenes and they come.. when he sings, the scenes are from the skuraba yuichiro concert or something..

If I remember correctly, the crowds are members of the TOKIO fanclub (or perhaps a Tomoya fanclub?) I know I read a journal somewhere the talked about the filming of those scened, hmm.... (at least for Mukodono series 1)

You'll be enjoy watching this dorama from the moment you start till the end Bleah and for the actor... i'll fall in love over and over again for tomoya since i watch mukodono Lovey Eyes Lovey Eyes he was a great actor with wonderful voice and talent. And can't forget about his very goodlooking too Lovey Eyes Muack Muack

Is there an English Sub version of Mukodono 2003? I loved the first Mukodono.

i never watched the first mukodono but i hear that it was hilarious too watch.

I hear that the M2003 was a disappointment, well thats the one that i am currently watching. I think that it a hilarious show.

Nagase is such a cool rocker yet such a geek. man i think that is awesome dude.

I laughed alot and cried too. does anyone know where i can download the first one. that would help me alot in the comparison. and the theme song like totally rocks.
