when i think about it .. i had this same problem ..
see i totally love hirosue ryoko but then i started toi develop this unkown feeling for Rina Uchiyama .. really torn but it worked out ... some how, through immaculate intervention, hirosue got pregnant.

This is a long story, but I will try and shorten it out...
Ok, so I meet this girl at a undisclosed hotel, and so the first night I talk to her friend in the bar, and she said she has a friend that runs track that also works here at the front desk. soo she walks in and she pulls her friend aside and they talk and what not, and her friend looks over twice at me before I go upstaris to get some equiment for video.
Anways first night my friend and me went to talk to the girl's friend who ran track.. which she is pretty well known in France (was born in France) and here as well, so we start talking about Track, and my friend says I can beat her in running, and she says with a sharp scarsastic tone "I hope he can beat me it would not look good if a girl can out run him"
Anyways so 2nd day came around, so my friend and me went up to the front desk to talk to her, and we talk, I had to correct my friends mistakes which may of helped out big time, and it shows where being older is better.
Anyways so my friend leaves, and we talk some more lol and then the secutry guy comes up and say you two should hold hands lol.. she tired her best not to blush but I saw it, and so heh we held hands, so soft and smooth.
lol then he said kiss, haha she said the way they kiss in france they would take it the wrong way here.. so I never got the kiss yet
day before I left, I sat down in the lobby to drink the rest of my slurpy and I see she is at the front desk, and sit in a chair so as to let her know I'm still awake, so in the 15 Min I sat down in the seat, she looked at me some 5 times, 2 of the times she was not on the phone.
Anyways my question is should I ask her for her number? I do want to attend one of her track meets she has here in Philly she says it's on tv. I did not ask her for her number the first 2 days because I did not want it to make it seem like I'm rushing anything.
I had the Maintenance guy tell me I should get her number as well, And says I'm a well brought up guy who does not rush into things but likes to observe the girl while still letting her know you are into her.
The thing is I'm going to stay at the same hotel again when I go on vication next month so, I should ask her then?
I still feel kinda odd as I did not say bye in person as she was not at the front desk at the time I left, but I told her friend to tell her I said bye, I hope she let her know.

no, but i think you should do what you want to do in the first place, which is to ask for the number. maybe if not her cell/home/private number, find out when she is working and call the front desk with your cell. i mean she DOES work front desk so any shmoe can call the front desk of ANY hotel right? if you can talk to her on the front desk, and i'm sensing that she's digging you as well, i'm sure she'll be glad that you called, being able to talk on the company phone and not worrying about the stress of working front desk. if she DOESN'T dig you, well, you don't ask and don't bring it up. doing it this way is just another layer of check to see if she is into you or not, thats all. you can also check this by calling her from your cell in the lobby where she can't see you and just check her expression from afar.
anywhoos, if things are going well at this time, ask for her cell/home number at this time. after all, it's just a number. if she wants to give it out thats fine. But try that and see what happens, and let us know the results!

to make it short I'd say the same as niko, 'ask for her number'. There's this saying...'no guts no glory'. You'll never know, maybe she's waiting for you to ask her number..
