Well, I don't think it's something you can make yourself do. For me, it just comes naturally I think, I always value someone's personality (or soul) more, maybe that's why. There is a reason our ultimate companion is called a Soulmate, not a Sexmate, right? . Sex, especially nowadays, is as normal as our hunger, thirst, it is more a bodily function. It is much easier to find someone who is compatible sexually than soul-wise. As far as I am concerned, I have double the chance of finding that person.

Maybe there should be a thread on people's thoughts on bisexuality or the concept of soulmate.

A note here though: Do not mix bisexuality with horniness, it is completely different. The latter cannot be called bisexual; they are called Europeans (see subcategory French, Italian), .

It IS pretty much like finding a best friend, really. However, this is one best friend who will always be with you and you will be the sole importance; a best friend who will not be lead away be some random chick or guy - the main problem of maintaining a friendship.

This is interesting... But in my book, best friend and soulmate are not the same though. Best friend can be either sex, but soulmate must be the opposite sex.

Sexual relationship is not the main focus in seeking Soul Mates, it is "soul" after all, but it plays a part too. I have never actually had sex with a guy, but I have dated some. I prefer girls when it comes to sex, but when it comes to dating, I prefer guys, it is still a bit confusing to me. Oh well, fun is the key here, .
