I have found this thread today, replied here the last time in the year 2006.
The email account does not exist anymore but I remembered the password...after 5 years (tried 6 or 7 times).
In the meanwhile, I had a fansite about Yagira Yuya, from 2010 to 2011, recently it was suspended.
http://yuu.mtfujitown.info
And I saw two more of his movies, Shining boy and little Randy, and All to the Sea.
I still have pictures of him on flickr:
nike6 which is my old account, and also
yakone22 (It is called A good days work now). But recently I deleted the images that I added to photobucket. Still exists on a flashdrive.
I only watched Shining boy and All to the Sea once. And currently I am not interested to see more of his movies.
However, I have more than 20 unseen DVDs around, and did not watch many in the last 6 months. So it is not making a big difference.
Now and then I search the web for "Yagira", and I always encounter different bits and pieces of information. Recently I came accross unlicensed downloads (aka MEGAUPLOAD). Myself I am not into it at all but some people maybe can't afford to buy movies.
Yes right this is a forum thread so there must be some Q&A.
Do you recommend any of the other movies to see, and why?
I have a hard time researching them on the internet myself.
Sugar&Spice won't be the right title for me, the main reason I do not want to write my opinion related to issues between America and Japan. Not that I am afraid to speak my mind, but A) I am not responsible for the actions of other people, and B) It is just too much effort. Ah yes, I saw this SEGA interview yesterday.
Yagira Yuya really changed my life!
-I can go to Mc Donalds again (unrelated, but I had some issue with it).
-I can smoke hash and marijuana again (It is legal in the Netherlands so don't complain). But previously, I quit for ten years I believed it is bad
-I disposed my two old SEGAs so to say our relationshio ended (me and SEGA).
when I was 12 or 13 myself I often visited the shopping mall where they had a SEGA kiosk, some 20 cartridges to play, but self-resetting after 20 minutes.
But these days it is called retro videogame, and no longer much relevant for me.
Or is it that you suffer from kleptomania? Or somebody. I do not know what you are scheming.
