I have a copy on VCD. It's called "El - Killer of Paraiso'' (Murderer - The Killers of Paraiso), but it's dubbed (badly) in Thai! Beaten

Not very good seeing as I bought it mainly to see Aya speaking English! Doh!

It's basically a cheap rip-off of Léon (aka The Professional) - cute 12yo tomboy with French bob haircut is adopted by emotionless hitman after entire family is slaughtered by baddies - set in the Phillipines.

There's an out-of-print JP VHS release, but it would be worth getting if you can because the entire movie is in English.

At least, I think it is, because anytime that there is dialogue, Japanese subtitles appear - I guess people could also be speaking Filipino Crazy

Subtitled Aya:

There's also Sakamoto Maaya, from what I heard she can sing in english so she most probably speaks good english.
