If GTO would have been a different actor, I think I wouldnt have found the dorama that great. He is also a signer isnt he ? As he signs the GTO theme poison !

he also sings the theme song of the Jdorama Beach Boys. Forever is the title of the song. you should try it also.

Hi everyone, I have to inform you that 2 days ago I had to close the Sorimachi Fansite because on his official page they wrote that what I was doing is illegal (that is, opening a fansite, showing pics of an actor, even quoting his comments they had published on an early version of the official site) and that I had to remove everything... Unless I wanted to risk big problems with the law.

So that's it. I had to remove everything (fanlist, forum and all) because it was pretty scary (I don't want to go to jail, if I go it'd better be for a more interesting crime XDD).

I hope some of the regular visitors of the fansite will read this post...

hi martina. yeah. i was visiting yesterday your Sorimachi site to find out whats the latest from Sorimachi. but you wrote a message that it will be closed. i felt sad.

but i understand you in closing it. i will never forget that site you build. it was awesome. specially you as a mod. dont worry as a fan my support for Sorimachi will never dissapeared.

That really sucks! And to know you put so much effort into the page, it makes me really angry about ken-on. I can understand about photos or videos, but forbidding to make a fan site in general, not even allowing quotes? What kind of stick did they shove up their rear end?

I'd really love to know what Sorimachi-san thinks about all of this, how his fans are treated by his management. I mean, it's not like this will help to promote him outside of Japan...

In any case, thank you for all the time and effort you put into creating your page and maintaining the forum.

currently watching Love Complex of course starring our master Takashi Sorimachi!!! the drama is really rare. its like a mystery or psycho something.. lol..

but i dont like Itoh Misaki's role. she's a lesbian..
ive got used to her role in romance like that..

and Sorimachi doing what he does best.. always entertaining to watch..

Sorimachi stars in Masafumi Akikawa drama project

Last month, it was announced that tenor Masafumi Akikawa's hit song "Sen no Kaze ni Natte" is being used as the theme for a special Fuji TV drama project. The project consists of four episodes across four nights, with each story dealing with grief. Two nights (August 10-11) have already been set aside for the "Hadashi no Gen" drama adaptation announced last week, and the first night (August 3) will be based on a publicly submitted story.

The remaining episode (August 4), titled "Zou no Hanako," is based on the nonfiction children's book "Kawaisou na Zou" (roughly, "Those Poor Elephants"). In 1943, due to bombings during the war, animals from Tokyo's Ueno Zoo broke free and were ordered to be killed. While the original book focused on the plight of three elephants, the drama centers on the worker in charge of the elephants, who desperately tries to save them. The role will be played by actor Takashi Sorimachi.

Scenes involving the elephants will be filmed in Thailand, where an open set will be constructed to resemble the zoo.

Other cast members include Masaaki Sakai and Kazuki Kitamura.
