this is kinda of random.. but i like the way Asoukun called Aya "hen!"/"you're weird!" after their koir practice cute!
i'm hoping both will act in a comedy after 1 liter.

a comedy of both of them in it, that would be something different....for a change....
soooo sad!!! epi 11 is soooo touching n beautiful n terribly sad.. used alot of tissues for this epi.. crying too much.. T.T
it's heartening to see aya inspiring so many ppl with the things she wrote.. her courage n all is impressive.. though this illness has cause her to lose alot but it has alot helped her gain diff things.. not being physically able doesn't mean that she cant help other ppl.. hmmmm
the pics they showed at the end of the real aya is really too!! >.<
i watched the chi subs.. but i wanna catch the eng subs too.. hopes it comes out soon..

OMDEAR! FINAL EPISODE WAS SAD YET SATISFYING.... WAAAHHH.....AYA CHAN....SO SAD...IT WAS SO CUTE WHEN ASOU KUN READ HER THE CARD....AND THEN STARTED CRYING....ALSO WHEN HE WAS READING HER NOTEBOOK....AHHH I LITERALLY CRIED 1 RITTORU.....ALTHOUGH I THOUGHT IT WAS A TAD WEIRD AT THE ENDING WHEN EVERYONE WAS VISITING HER GRAVE....YET RYO TAN WASN'T THERE.....WASN'T HE SUPPOSED TO BE HER ICHI BAN? I LOVE 1 LITRE OF TEARS! SUCH A TOUCHING DRAMA. GREAT ACTING SKILLS DISPLAYED BY ALL THE ACTORS. IT LITERALLY MADE EVERYONE CRY ICHI RITTORU NO NAMIDA.... I ALWAYS HAD A TISSUE BOX HANDY NEXT TO ME WHEN WATCHING THIS....haha
hahahahaha. ryo tan and his boogers....wasn't it sort of funny how in the beginning, in about every episode ryo tan was wet???

i think the reason they ddint have asou at the end is because asou is a fictional character, and they wanted to stay true to the real life story in respect for the real aya...

lol... hope this doesnt offend anyone, but i think erika is only amazingly good looking in 1 litre... shes okay in the other pics... someone's gonna kill me for saying this, i know it... but shes kinda chubby lol
also, this thread is very inactive for the past few days... maybe everyone is avoiding it cause the subs havent come out LOL

1 littoru no namida is so touching!!!
before i watched the drama i thought it'd be some silly real-life story, but luckily i still downlaoded it. i never regretted it! they made the drama so real yet not boring at all!

haha i just realized her siblings and asou weren't there. yah and i think it's cuz they wanted to stay true to the real life story. and perhaps they wanted to honour the doctor who stayed by her, both in the story and in real life.

i thought that the ending was very touching, when they went to visit her grave site. yes, i was surprised too when asou and aya's siblings were not there. i felt a lot of sadness for aya and the episode when she lost her ability to talk and had to use the character board to communicate. that scene with asou, when she was there trying to communicate with him in tears and they cried, that got tears in my eyes. we knew what to expect in the outcome of this drama, but it still was hard to take in, but the acting, esp. by Erika Sawajiri was truly amazing from a young beautiful actress, wonderul And the fact that this is a true story, is a amazing that her story is being made into a drama, it was a very heartfelt drama.
The eng sub's should be out soon, hopefully. thanks to all the fansubbers who are subbing this series.

Gah! so many blank posts that make me want to click and drag >.<
I recently started watching it because i heard it was sort of similar to KGNE (anime). It turned out to be only very slightly similar, however, i wasnt disappointed, its really really good. IMO, the roles of Asou and Aya were cast really really well, theyre a perfect match. Im on ep 8 right now and Asou seems to be totally different from ep1, looks like Aya really changed him ^^

Asou Haruto is not a real person. Aya's mom wanted the character included because her daughter never had a relationship like that. =(
I love this series. I came across it just a week or so ago and finished watching all of it my winter break. I LOVE it. I fall in love with the HarutoxAya moments. Ohman. But the thing that really breaks my heart is the development of the family bonds. I have a soft spot for family relationships. I cried so hard throughout the eleven episodes. I can't wait for the subs for the last episode though. (I cheated and couldn't help watching the raw for the very last episode. It's the first time I've done that.) This series humbles you. I'm so glad and thankful that I came across it.
