The storyline lacks depth especially in developing Koyuki - Ito -Kenji's relationship while the Odagiri-Konishi 's and Satomi's character/story was okay. So that weak part of the drama sort of brought down the series in terms of satisfaction. But I did enjoy the brief moments where Koyuki appeared since I am a diehard Koyuki fan. Despite her inconsequential role, she played her part very well, no melodramatics of the sort (unlike Kyoko Hasegawa) & yes, she was very, very sweet and pretty too. No wonder Kenji fell for her in real life!!!

I didn't know there was a thread for this drama, one of my all-time favorites, also very high on the "underrated dramas" list. Victory! Peace!

It sounds like Orange Days, 7 years later. It might be good.

Even member TeruJoe reviewed it has o.k and member joe_cute reviewed it as okay. I mean, 2 persons from the same place, with the same drama reviews, drama votes and artist votes who reviewed this drama on the same day and gave it a 10 can't be wrong. Bleah

LOL!

I liked it a lot. I gave it a 9/10. Here's my review for anyone interested:

When I first started watching this drama I had no idea what I was getting myself into. The first episode was really dense and dark and I felt a little tense. It was completely unlike the last drama I had recently finished. No matter what the feeling, if a drama can make you feel something this intense, itfs doing something right.

This was a grand drama. Itfs about that transition in your life when all your dreams and aspirations about the future battle against the reality that exists before you. The drama was real and raw. So raw. You actually feel like a voyeur when youfre watching the characters rebel against the plot.

All of the characters were absolutely brilliant in their roles. I was quite taken with Satomifs (Tabata Tomoko) story, but it was Konishi Manamifs acting as Ida Yuri that impressed me most by the end of the series. Ifve seen her in a number of dramas playing a number of characters, but it wasnft until this specific role that I appreciated her acting ability. She was marvelous.

Watching the drama made me feel nervous because it felt so real, and the end was so uplifting that I feel inspired to find the hidden courage within myself. Well done.

Wow. Now that really sounds interesting. I like those, when you're like stunned and can't stop thinking about it.
