darn, i was a couple streets away, and didn't see this one...missed most of the cosplay and the lolita-goth girlies. went to harajuku on my last day in Tokyo, only had an hour or so to see harajuku. hehe

this is like the most crowded street in all of harajuku...on sundays...forget about it...we almost had to call in helicopters to whisk us away...it was a mob scene.

oh i saw pictures of that.....nah this was WORSE...and that's every week....man....the difference is over there ppl are used to throngs of people walking in certain areas so despite the immense crowdedness ppl are generally chill and mind their own business as they try not to trample you underfoot.

No problem. Once I found that program to capture the ASX streams, I was like a kid in a candy store.

Wow. I actually found a torrent for Tony Takatani...bmw, if you're interested in a copy let me know, as I know the film is no longer playing in the Greater Los Angeles Area

SYNOPSIS:
Due to his Western name, Tony was shunned by other kids and spent a solitary childhood. Though gifted as an artist, his drawings lacked feeling, so as an adult, he carved a career as a technical illustrator. Then in middle age, Tony suddenly falls for a pretty young woman, Eiko Konuma, who visits him one day on business. Eiko is like an angel in Tony's daily existence, and for the first time in his life, he feels connected to the outside world. However, Eiko does have one fault: she's a clothing shopaholic. Confusion also begins to develop when it appears that Eiko has a double.
