It was tough the first couple of weeks, but now I'm over it.

Now I've got 4-5 12-packs of soda in my pantry that are gathering dust.

It's gonna be a lot tougher giving up the chips. *upper lip twitches uncontrollably*

Pretty close.

I've had a soda or two when eating out (I don't drink much at all), but that's about it... And I wouldn't drink a diet soda if I was dying of thirst. bleh

Yup.

No chips in the house, no temptation.

The withdrawal symptoms should start later today...

Nope, not disc-related.

More related to my blood test which revealed that my cholesterol level was 260 (norm is <=200) and blood pressure was high normal (135/80). bleh

im helping my sister/bro-in-law build their house. lots of splinters from putting up the garage and master bedroom roof, and since their property in a canyon, there's alot of steel reinforcement, with sharp edges.

but at least i haven't shot myself in the foot with the nail gun. hehe

Sodium makes you retain water in your body... You'll just get bloated.

Yes I remember that you mentioned that construction before. I hope all goes well with it! Victory! Peace! Hmmm yeah keep that nail gun away from the lower part of your body. Bonk hehe

So you ate those spicy nacho doritos because of your cut up hands krim. So what was my excuse for eating a whole bag of microwave popcorn by myself yesterday? Hmmm lets see...I was staring at Johhny Depp on the Golden Globes Award show last night? Noooo that wasn't it! It was freezing outside so I stayed in all day and watched a lot of TV? Noooo that wasn't it! I am going for root canal surgery tomorrow so I was stocking up on eating salty and crunchy food before my mouth becomes numb? Yeah thats it!!!!!! Crazy hehe hehe

I had them on for most of the day, but it actually slows me down, my fingers are shorter than average, so the gloves never fit right and i get this excess at the tips, very annoying when picking up nails and such.

the only thing that makes me bloated is drinking gatorade. Sweat
I dont normally retain water, i feel, probably cause of a high sodium diet. bad i know.
