It's been announced this morning that Matsumoto Jun will be in the leading role for the annual tanpatsu (drama special one episode long) for the 24 hour tv. The title of the story will be: "Myuu no Anyo Papa ni Ageru" (I will give papa Myuu's legs). It is based on a true story of Yamaguchi Hayato, a 25 years old man with a wife (that will be played by Karina, at her 2nd co-starring with Jun after Bambino!) and a 2 year old daughter, Myuu. He has got the "CIDP" disease (info here), which hit every 100,000 person and is incurable. A really challenging role for him because the disease is cronical and progressively you can't walk or use your arms and you can also experience breathing problem... it will be a real sad tanpatsu as usual ;_;

Synopsis
The drama is based on a true story of Yamaguchi Hayato (25), a young man who learns he has a rare illness known as CIDP, which affects the nervous system. Made his first million, married his loved wife Aya, (Karina) had a little cute child Myu, (Hatakeyama Rina) had a good job, but that was till he found out that he'd contracted CIDP.... He goes through the ups, the downs, had he hopes raised, only to have it shattered soon.... He had lost hope in life, but he found his reason to live again when he sees what Myu wishes for-to give him her legs... So that her papa can walk again... And all that he wishes for, is just to be able to raise Myu high up like he used to with her wife lending her hand....

It's very interesting film... That shows how pro Matsujun to play as a young papa for the first time....
