Nope, no subs...
You'll be hard pressed to find subs for stuff outside of dramas... Most (all?) fansubbers don't bother... Kagayaku Onna was an exception.
oo...ic..thanks for the info!
I just finished Kagayaku Onna! It gave a better insight into Juri-chan (at least for me). She was so cute when she spoke English! I saw a tiny bit of Nodame in her! I really enjoyed it!
It really doesn't seem like she goes after name brand stuff. Most artists have LV luggage and she doesn't which is pretty cool because she's not like the typical artists out there! I love her style!

Interestingly, the father of the family that she lived with in Bristol contacted us over at D-Addicts...
Turns out NHK never gave the family a copy of Kagayaku Onna, so I mailed them a hardsubbed copy for them to watch.
I'd love for her to really study English (I wouldn't mind helping, LOL) and become more fluent... That would open up even more opportunities for her.

The dad was pretty cool and the whole family seemed very cordial I'm kinda surprised NHK didn't send them the dvd but Juri-chan's lucky enough to have fans like you!
And that kiss from the author seems memorable as well! I laughed my head off just seeing her reaction. =D
I found the link to watch ao akua..debating whether I should watch it and the other documentary since they don't have subs...I even searched on the chinese search engines (i.e. baidu, tudou, youku) since they usually have more videos with chinese subs but even that failed...

The lack of subs never stops me when it involves Juri-chan.
