This was today. Plan Check Kitchen + Bar on Sawtelle.

Stuffed portabello mushroom, Swiss cheese fondue, and roasted garlic steak sauce topped with crispy kale



Southern Fry - smoky fried jidori chicken, spciy green pimento cheese, duck breast ham, and pickles




Waffle cut sweet potato fries

Uni (locally sourced off the California coast between Catalina Island & San Diego. I honestly think this was the sweetest, most luscious piece of uni I've ever had in my life.)
