Went over to the Grammy Museum to see the Ringo exhibit. Normally admission is $12.95 but I got in for $10.00 because I was wearing a Beatles t-shirt. It always pays to dress for the occasion.

It makes me incredibly happy when someone actually answers their cellphone when I call for help. My handyman actually answered and then actually came within an hour to fix my mailbox that had been knocked down by someone in a truck. Truckdriver long gone of course. I have a dislike for phones and especially cellphones. People never answer cellphones when called. Never.

Ah Well...it was not a Saturday. It was Friday. He takes me shopping once a week since I stopped driving so he knows a good thing that HE hangs onto. Have you paid to be driven lately?????? He is not just a handyman really. We have long philosophical discussions and I am trying to show him the difference between English humor and American humor.

Did my taxes last night and I'm getting a refund!! I thought I'd have to pay this year because I didn't have as much tax taken out as usual. It's not a lot of money, but as the televangelists like to say, "All donations are greatly appreciated!"

Japanese customer service. Ordered a CD from a place in Osaka Tuesday evening (Wednesday morning in Japan) it arrived today!! Two days from Japan to the States!! Unbelievable!!
