One of the disadvantages of living in a country where Formula 1 isn't well covered, found out today that Murray Walker passed away last Saturday: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iX7T2c0bag0

Now Holland can say they have a world champion.

Max Verstappen 2021 F1 World Champion

1 Verstappen NED RED BULL RACING HONDA 395.5

2 Hamilton GBR MERCEDES 387.5

3 Bottas FIN MERCEDES 226

4 Perez MEX RED BULL RACING HONDA 190

5 Sainz ESP FERRARI 164.5

6 Norris GBR MCLAREN MERCEDES 160

7 Leclerc MON FERRARI 159

8 Ricciardo AUS MCLAREN MERCEDES 115

9 Gasly FRA ALPHATAURI HONDA 110

10 Alonso ESP ALPINE RENAULT 81

I'm not a big fan of Lewis. He is the best of this era because he's in the best car. But still, I think he got screwed on this one.

Before Nissan and Toyota moved out, SoCal was the center for Japanese manufacturers. But now Mercedes has opened a classic place in Long Beach: https://www.mbusa.com/en/classic-center

With that and the Porsche Driving Experience in Carson, looks like the Germans are taking over.

With the prices of their cars, they can afford to buy land in SoCal. Mr Green
