OT- finally sitting down after a hectic day. My husband slipped a disc in his back. Excruciating. I feel so badly for him.The chiropractor saw him after he'd been out for 3hours and put it
mostly back. We go back in tomorrow. What a mess. And of course there was double the work for me so everything took twice as long. Sofa feels good right now.

I've got a bad disc or two myself, according to the last MRI I had, but after the physical therapist got me working on all those core exercises, things have been quite good for the past five years... Victory! Peace!
