no prob, streamload upgraded alot, try to check the file you lost, and it has like several ##### with it, report those #s and explain your problem to that email and they'll give it back to you, it might take awhile for them to respond, like a day or 2, or you can call them right away for faster services, they dont have their phone number up on their site though but i remember someone gave it to me, ill ask for it.
