for me, it's definitely faster than bittorrent. it's like downloading directly from a website, but if you use their downloader program, i get faster speeds than ysi/megaupload, and it doesn't cut out on me either. plus, you can pause a file and start up again whenever you want.
you don't have to pay to share files, but...you have to pay to download your files.

--Ah! House Collapses <---kind of obscure Japanese B-horror movie which I was getting through BT but lost our seed at 94.6% and there hasn't been a seed on for it in weeks! It's a long shot but at this point I've nearly given up XD

--Pride ep 5-11 (I have 5 and 6 but in really horrible Hong Kong subs which doesn't always bother me since I understand most of the Japanese but makes it harder to show it to friends and it's such an awesome series XD)

Insanely fast depending on your connection. I'm on a cable connection and using Download Accelerator and am able to d/l at a rate of 500+ KB/s at any given time of the day. When I was on DSL I could never d/l faster than 80 KB/s. In simplier terms on DSL it used to take me about an hour 15 mins to d/l a 300-350Mb episode on cable it only takes me roughly 13 mins. S/L doesn't have a cap on how fast you can d/l from them.
