the next best thing for me, since i am not in japan, is to head over to Mitsuwa while they have those food bazaar/markets, some tasty good food, although kinda expensive for some of it.

In case you were wondering, "depa" is short for "depaato" (department store) and "chika" means "below ground, or basement" as seen in chikatetsu (subway) or chikaikkai (first floor of the basement).
