I just watched the first 4 eps of Ichi..I started to become paranoid with my own motorskills.. yup. it is another hs drama.. and at 22 i should be already a graduate from these kinds.. but oh well, they're actually enjoyable. I hope you enjoy the show as much as we're enjoying it..

just watched bits of ep 7 and here's my thoughts based on what I watched without subs and sasse's spoilers.....

I feel so sorry for everyone in ep 7....When Shuji is sitting alone in the playground and had tears in his eyes, I feel like hugging him too..because despite all his popularity, he really is alone. He doesn't open his heart to anyone....Feeling sorry for Mariko chan too....that Shuji doesn't reciprocate her feelings at all.....When Nobuko hugged Shuji, it's so sweet, it's as if she's trying to protect and comfort him The part where Akira professed his love for Nobuko before giving up completely is really touching...with Shuji listening on......till now I'm not sure whether Shuji could love anyone other than himself simply because he seems to see loving someone as being a weakness... and Nobuko said "gomen" to both Shuji and Akira....one for rejecting his feelings and one for doing something that hints at her own. As for that "evil girl" I think that old man isn't her grandfather at all....maybe she was following them that day and found out and wanted an excuse to get close to Nobuta....maybe she thought that if she was her friend, she would be able to hurt her more in the future...just my lil' theory... Now I'm just waiting for the subs, I'm not at all sure whether I like the change in the mood of the drama....it's so depressing now with the change in their relationship
