ah thats too hard to explain...i tend to forgot myself...
All Japanese DVD and CDs are expensiver, they are better quality and something of how the Japanese economy works. I'm not much help... but theres nothing much different between Japanese version and Overseas version. Japan has higher living standards compared to the rest of asia. CDs are licensed to be re-produced in overseas factories and are priced cheaper to accomodate the market. Thats why oversea products are not allowed to be sold in Japan, cus its the same and so much cheaper! I guess i'm not making sense... Oh well...try googling it...u might find some answers...one more thing...overseas version u get translations in traditional chinese thrown in--->(tawain market!)...except for the dvd versions! so annoying...my Harucon dvd is overseas no subs...but the vcd version does...but i prefer dvds...

Someone told me that Dreamboy in DVD and VCD are a bit different... (She told me the angles are a bit different) I kinda never noticed it.. I have the computer DVD version.. But I was so confused with the story.. I ended up buying the VCD (cause it had subtitles)
OT: haha.. Summary in DVD..*lol it's so expensive.. i think I paid about $60+ US on it........... and got charged $25 in duty cause I went past $100 (I had bought Kaizokuban too (it was on sale))

ah souka...well,i'll be buying the international version next time then ..actually i've asked my cousin to buy me the vcd and you know what he said when he came back?
"yana,there's no vcd in Japan,"
guh....no wonder my money fly away from me so fast...
subtitling...this is the hard part, isn't it? i think it's better to actually watch without any subs first and if you don't understand any of the story-there's a lot of translation of how the story goes on the net...so it's not that much of a problem though it is soooo much easier to understand the story when you're watching 'em ...
anyway-i think i wouldn't ask my cousin to buy the dvd again for me-coz my parents are asking how much it cost him -and it's something you can't lie to them ...you know..
oh,anyone is going to Takki con?how long is it due?i mean-when would be the last concert?juz for confirmation...
