I'm trying my hand at Japanese, too. The ordering of words in phrases is akin to that of Urdu, so I'm surprisingly getting the hand of it... if not a little slowly.

i can speak a few languages.
I can speak English, British, American, Australian, Canadian.....hold on Head Scratch those are all the same!
dammit and i thought i was mulit- lingual! ashamed
Being sensible now i can speak my native tongue of english (ok that doesn't sound like much, but you guys haven't seen the people whom i live near...) and i'm also trying japanese too and getting good with it!
i've also got bad language down to a pat too!

I am a native speaker of Polish and I speak English and German as well and also know the basics of Italian. And I'd like to study two more languages..or was that 3......or four... hehhee Mr Green I LOVE LANGUAGES ^________^

Awww I used to speak a bit of Italian when I went there to study art and architecture a few summers ago. But now I've all but forgotten. Shake Head

english, spanish, some japanese, some tagalog (in terms of dialects i can speak some ilocano, bisayan and cebuano) so i'm essentially bi-lingual but in my dreams i'm quadlingual Bleah (but no i only really speak 2 languages)

English, Mandarin, Cantonese, speaks and understands a bit of Japanese, been studying it for a while.
