Yeah.. to people who are new to JE, all the units probably seem confusing. I've read at one forum once where they were surprised that Massu backdanced with kismyft for Yamapi and that Kusano, Shige and Koyama once formed kkkity. NEWS just sprang out out of the blue

Okay..I;ve got some news from some LJ about this..not sure if you guys heard this but On November 15th Tegoshi and Masuda from NewS,under the name TegoMass,are going to release a CD, titled Miso Soup, in Sweden.
Heh. I also heard about this TegoMass-thing today. I'm confused. A CD called Miso Soup, Tego and Massu singing in English... And why in Sweden, why even in Europe? It sounds really weird and sudden. While I'd love them singing together, I will wait until it's official from JE.

Rumours aside, I don't really fancy the thought of any of the boys actually branching out to do some singing by themselves. Selfish.. I know. Maybe because then it makes them more as individuals rather than a single entity... which is good actually, I know.. but, somehow, I don't really like it. Maybe its because I like NEWS because they are one, and not because they are individuals in a group... although I do like their individuality. Makes sense? Wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't since I'm confusing myself too ^^;
Miru, I'm sure you'll catch up with the dramas pretty soon . The Portugese team sure does have a strong hold on you, to be able to take over your dreams
Oooh, and that reminds me... has anyone heard of whether Ns Aoi SP will be subbed/is being subbed? _________________

hantuwriter-If you were just saying how you don't like it when some bands split up to sing solo then I agree wholeheartily. Why does it have to happen to some of my favorite bands? I know its sometimes a hiatus but I still get upset anyway.

well, it does suck when a group tells you they're going solo for awhile, only to end up disappearing over the face of earth for good . But, in the case of NEWS, I guess its a bit different. Namely because their hiatus wasn't of their own doing, and because solo projects in JE aren't uncommon. It still doesn't mean that I like it, but, I think the reason why I don't really like it is because I always place more importance on a group of people than on an individual.
Though, if you look at it, you could say that solo projects would lead to the individual being more popular, thus leading to his group becoming more popular. But, look at in another way, and you could say that the individual's popularity could potentially become larger than the group can sustain and lead to the breakup of the group.
But, why am I analysing stuff like this? _________________

Last week Johnny announced that there will be a new Jr. group to debut in April 2007. And then fans online start guessing who will debut after Kat-tun, and people also start to worry about the future of NewS.....Since NewS is suspended in 2006, and then there will be a new group next yr, people afraid that Johnny will only focus on the new team and forget about the return of NewS. What do everyone think about that? And there are also fans guessing/hoping the next debut group would be 4Tops, and that Yamapi will return to 4Tops and work for both NewS and 4Tops, just like Ryo and Uchi do. What do you think about that? I don't care who will debut next year, or if Yamapi will return to 4Tops, I just want NewS return soon. But of course, it'd be nice if 4Tops really get to debut.....but chance is tooooooooo small.........(If Johnny wants to let them debut, he wouldn't break it up 3 yrs ago and pull Yamapi out of 4Tops to form NewS, right?)
