Wow! That's cheap! How long did you have to wait for it? That's the only thing. Sigh. I don't want to pay so much either but I had no choice this time as the single I wanted was sold out on the other sites. My KJ2 CD was ordered from HMV though.. so I am patiently waiting! Oh by the way, can you show me the poster that came with ZOM's limited edition? Cos I bought the normal version to get 'Explosion' but the limited edition is sold at HMV Singapore.. so I am thinking if I should get it and take the poster and give the CD to my best friend who is officially now, a K8 fan! wooot!

For ZOM the last time, I got them on Saturday, like 3 days after the release date. Hopefully KJ2 this time will be the same, either on Friday or Saturday.

Johnny's groups dominate charts

Johnny's Jimusho once again dominates the music charts this week. Kanjani8's second full album, "KJ2 Zukkoke Daidassou," ranked #1 among albums, selling approximately 212,000 copies. This is not only the first #1 album for the group, but also the first for an enka artist since Oricon began tracking albums in 1970. It is also the first enka album to sell more than 200,000 copies in its opening week.
Meanwhile, on the singles chart, KAT-TUN scored their fourth consecutive #1 release with "Yorokobi no Uta."

KANJANI8 will be on Music Station tomorrow (June 15) toperform a special medley!!!
i wonder what they'll be singing..
and i believe they haven't broken any enka records now. they were moved to imperial records and aren't labeled enka anymore (not that they really were enka before).
in any case, congratulations to the boys for a job well done. hope their salaries increase. _________________

Yeah, I can't wait for tonight! Will be stalking the LJs for downloads tomorrow hehe...
I'm sure their salary will increase again. I mean, they used to share hotel rooms but now they have their own, and they used to sit on unreserved seats on the shinkansen, but now their seats are reserved!
Anyway, Utaban's ZOM perf is so much love! Everybody is so hyper, especially Ryo! I've never seen him THAT hyper in any ZOM perf before! _________________

The Music Station downloads are up, minna! This medley is so much WIN! Eito are total love! They sang Great Escape, Zukkoke Otokomichi, Speedy Wonder and Futari no Namidaame!

ahh i love their MS medley the transitions into each song was pretty cool and the start stamping feet thing was interesting!
Lols at how they appeared so serious in the last song (that's a really really nice song i think! i <3 it!) and leaked out their mischief at the ending pose
and did tacchon's singing improve a lot or sth? he sounded really good in that performance! hmm seems like i may like someone else in k8 now besides ryo

Eh, you really haven't hear Ohkura sings that well before? His solo line in Kanashii Koi? Or in Samurai Blues (which is like the love!), or in Propeller, or his duet in Carnival with Maru?
In all seriousness, I think Ohkura has better voice than Ryo. _________________

He's K8's main MC (together with Murakami Shingo). You should check out the latest Utaban with K8, they're so really noisy (beats any other guests on Utaban ever!), and Yoko is so completely adorable with his "Utaban kowai!!" shriek! _________________

OMG!! I so agree with you! That's the BEST performance of ZOM EVER!! Suba was more hyper than usual, and ryo doing that i'm-a-host dance step was so funny!

I LOVED the medley too! the transitions were really really nicely done. the last song's title is Futari no Namida Ame. Their ending poses are really something to watch out for. they do a lot of unnecessary stuff, which always turns out funny.
tacchon's voice had always been good (deep and big) but he's just been given more chances to sing lately (what with Uchi being suspended from the group) and is just starting to get recognized. plus, he's getting hotter and hotter everyday, so i won't be surprised if you start to like him too! welcome to the club, i say.

if i didn't love the guys, i wouldn't have watched any of their drama specials. erm, if kmarishi disappointed you, better not watch the other dramas. cos imo, kemarishi is already the best among the three. Yokoyama Yu plays the lead character, the supposedly crippled one is Ohkura Tadayoshi/Tacchon. _________________

Yeah! Tacchon's voice is amazing... That was what attracted me to him! Him being a drummer and his voice! Don't be mad at me but... I like ryo's hair! I think he suits all colours.. lol! Of course Tacchon's black hair is really sexy too!

haha yeah i think you're right, he's definitely given more chances to sing nowadays Probably that was why i didn't notice him at first (only looked out for ryouchi in the beginning ) Ah yes he's getting hotter! He kinda reminds me of the akiyama-kun(matsuda shota?) from liar game. He suits that role too actually Has he acted in any dramas before?

lol since when were they not noisy although i watched that utaban episode with great anticipation knowing how fun k8 are, i didn't really enjoy it in the end because.. i don't know.. the torture seemed to have gone a little overboard, it didn't seem funny at all to me. (especially after looking at subaru and maru's faces after tacchon got molested by the big guys)
Haha, yeah the Utaban episode did go a little overboard, wasn't the whole point of the 'game' was to find a leader xDD....but I still LMAO...I guess I'm very M and like ppl getting totured xDD _________________

@ jess, Ohkura has acted in dorama SPs before, the most famous one would be Cinderella ni Naritai early last year, playing 2 different characters, 1 nice guy and 1 mean guy. And also Kemarishi with Yokoyama Yu, both are now with English subs. _________________
